Heyman or not Raw will continue to suck. And that's not a prediction.....

I've heard for ages that "ratings don't matter". That demographics are good, so ratings don't matter. That people are cord cutting, so ratings don't matter. That revenues are high, so ratings don't matter. When Smackdown moved onto FOX, WWE said there would be a hard brand split. Different writers, different creative directors & different talents on both shows. But since their 'record low ratings', the brand split has effectively been ended, the heads of both shows have been relieved of their duties, & there is now one set of writers across both shows. Think it's fair to say ratings definitely matter to someone. It hasn't been ended. They seem to have already dropped the rule introduced a few weeks ago regarding limited crossover that allowed for King Corbin on Raw and Charlotte Flair on Smackdown. On SD on Friday, they even had the IIconics not appear in person during the women's segment since they're on Raw.
