He should have listened to Red. What a dumbass. “This is just like when Bobby burnt the f***ing money! And then I told him, ‘Can you fly, Bobby?’” Reporter: “Who’s ‘Bobby’, Mr, Foreman?” “Uh…”

I hope he's never let out. If he's in Genpop, he's probably not going to even live for 25% of that time. And no one of value would be lost….

It can be very triggering for victims of crime (particularly victims of rape) to see the people that caused them harm in any context. Even if it's just on a screen. OK put the show on on-demand service where there is some control on who sees it .. But it should never be broadcast over a network or cable channel where it can be accedently stumbled on. There's already precedent for how situations like this should be handled. If you absolutely must see the Cosby Show, you can seek it out on Prime Video. But, it's never going to just be aired in syndication again. Same should hold true for That 70's Show, Seventh Heaven, etc... Pretty sure I can find a tv listing for the Cosby show tvone.tv/schedule/

I had heard/assumed that the Cosby Show would be pulled off syndication and hadn’t seen it in several years.

The older kid from 'Home Improvement' is well on his way to joining Masterson in the clink at the rate he is committing crimes.

Topher Grace was the difficult one to work with, the one that the cast didn't get along with.
He also didn't write a letter to the judge where he's defending Masterson, unlike some other members of That 70's Show.

After reading so more on this, Kurtwood and Debra, Red and Kitty, also stood up for him too.
Haven't seen any word from Topher, Laura or Wilmer yet.

I'd be interested in seeing letters other people's friends write for them when they are on trial. Most for Danny seems to be like "he's a nice guy because he knows everyone's name on the staff but I myself don't" or "he doesn't do drugs and wants other people to not do drugs." Those are good but I don't see anything exceptional about his character in these. I get they are trying to help but I think they could have found (if at all possible) a little more to say.
Also, it wouldn't surprise me to find out the Cosby show is still on somewhere. There are people who actually believe it was all a scam to defame him. His career on screen was very much that of a role model and many find it hard to believe he did what he did. There was a real goodness in the Cosby show but obviously it is outweighed by the horror Bill caused and the evils he's done. I hope there's no legal loopholes that make it so Danny gets out as quick as Bill.

Everyone is a victim of something. It's time to get over making every thing displeasure going away and start fighting the actual problems. Let's get on top of rape and racism and sexism and everything else. Making That 70's Show go away because the actor who played Hyde is a pile of shit does nothing for anyone and is at it's very best, a meaningless gesture. At some point, we need to get back to life sucks, people suck, deal with it. If Ghandi himself was voicing Apu all those years, that kid was still gonna be nicknamed Apu. I don't wanna speak for Gojira, but I have to imagine that when he was talking about peoples' priorities and caring too much more about a TV show than victims, this is sort of exactly the kind of shit he meant. Why are you bringing up Apu in a thread about rape? Almost reads like a parody of some "wokeness gone wild" boomer post on Twitter. Ironically, the closest that comment comes to relevant is bringing up Gandhi like he would somehow vindicate Apu. I'm not gonna go there in this thread or on this forum, but just Google Gandhi.
