I'm always surprised when Austin tells the story of the WM13 match and says he was worried cos he didn't know any submissions when he used to try leg locks like that.

That over the top rope DQ rule hung around years after it should have gone. I think it was on the second episode of Thunder, in 1998, when they finally announced the end of the rule. During a random six man tag lol
