Where the masked wrestler lost? Because I'm having an extremely difficult time thinking of any.

In which case, that.

I want to know if there's ever been a Mask vs. Hair match where the person who gambled their hair also had a mask on.

Australian Suicide lost his mask to Daga in a Mask vs Hair match a couple years ago. I want to know if there's ever been a Mask vs. Hair match where the person who gambled their hair also had a mask on. That actually sort of happened last year in AAA with Big Mami vs Lady Maravilla, where they had a Hair vs Hair match despite Maravilla having a mask to wager, on the grounds that as an attractive young lady it'd be more humiliating for her to get her head shaved than to reveal her face.

I know last year, there was a hair vs hair match last year where one of the two was definitely masked. Lady Maravilla Vs. Big Mami. Since somebody already beat me to posting this response, I will instead post the match.

How about a mask v. beard/mustache match? Or beard v. Beard. This has had to have happened with the prevalence of giant beards the lat 10 years or so. I’m probably forgetting something completely obvious.

Wasn't Kevin Nash vs Rey Mysterio Hair vs Mask? In which case, that. I read that as Kevin Nash vs Repo Man Hair vs Mask. I haven't slept in a while. But suffice to say, I was momentarily more excited for this match than anything WWE has promoted in the last year.

I wonder if one of these has ever ended in a draw and two people shave their heads or lose their masks, rather than let their rival off the hook by saying both would be spared.

Wasn't Kevin Nash vs Rey Mysterio Hair vs Mask? In which case, that. Actually, it was The Outsiders vs. Rey and Konnan, and the hair on the line was Elizabeth's.

Actually, it was The Outsiders vs. Rey and Konnan, and the hair on the line was Elizabeth's. Not sure of the timeline but was this a Russo? No during Bischoffs time. The reason he unmasked Rey was because he thought Rey Mysterio wasn't marketable enough. Let that sink in.

I thought the idea was that "Oh, Rey is too good looking to stuff under a hood". Which, sure, he's a good looking guy, but the mask lends way too much to his presence to just ditch and for it to not be a problem.

I wonder if one of these has ever ended in a draw and two people shave their heads or lose their masks, rather than let their rival off the hook by saying both would be spared. In CMLL in the early 2000s, Ricky Marvin & Zumbido wrestled to a draw (if I remember correctly, they both got counted out in the 3rd fall), and both got their heads shaved. The match was freaking awesome, too.

Funnily enough, he had already lost his mask a month earlier in Mexico. So he lost it twice.

Chris Jericho took Juventud Guerrera's mask, in WCW, during a hair vs. mask match. This was loosely referenced during Jericho's first appearance in WWF the night he interrupted The Rock. "You think you're a big deal because you beat someone named "Juventud"?

Has there ever been a hair versus match where the one with hair on the line was bald?
If not, DDT needs to get on it asap. Have the bald guy with an individual strand of hair still left. So that technically it's not a false advertisement.
