I probably have others, but two off the top of my heard I know are worth a lot are Valkyrie Profile for the PlayStation and Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance for the Gamecube. Both are worth triple digits each last I checked.

I own a copy of Megaman 7 for the SNES I think that's valuable. I need to go through my collection and see what else I have that may be worth something.

I remember buying a copy of the PS2 version of Marvel vs. Capcom 2. I found it for $32 at a new/used record store, but I paid only $20 for it because of store credit. I remember seeing a copy for it at Gamestop for $80 much later than that. I still have the copy, by the way.

Smash Brothers Melee on Gamecube I thought as it was the best-selling GameCube game it wouldn’t be worth that much?

Secret of Mana — Nvm, Value on eBay seems to have tanked. Guessing that is because of the Switch port

I collect games, so I have a few. Persona 3: FES was going for about £100 last time I checked. I also own Streets of Rage 3. They're probably my most valuable.
Also:
PS1: Alundra, Chaos Break, Ergheiz.
PS2: Haunting Ground, Blood Will Tell, MVC2.
Dreamcast: Grandia II, Rez.
Xbox: Stubbs the Zombie, Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis, Call of Cthulhu.
Wii: The Last Story, Xenoblade Chronicles, Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of The Moon.
PSP: Phantasy Star Portable 2.

Smash Brothers Melee on Gamecube I thought as it was the best-selling GameCube game it wouldn’t be worth that much? It's not super rare or anything with loose discs at $35, but I'm guessing the competitive scene means there is decent demand for the game.

Tons of old Atari games and systems here.
Someday I'm going to rebuild my NES collection.

So I used to have the ANZ Climax edition of Bayonetta. It's the one that came with a model of the Scarborough Fair and was limited to only Australia and New Zealand. My sister took it and accidentally chipped a bit off and I ended up selling it a few years back.
The funny story is that I was just buying a two for $20 deal from the gaming place and was really shocked when the cashier had to go into the stockroom and came out with just this long box when I was expecting it to just be the soundtrack and artbook.

Sealed copy of Chrono Trigger DS is my most expensive- currently @ $75. DAMN I got that but it is open. Retro Game Challenge-Bought this for cheap at gamestop Final Fantasy 6 -For the GBA. Back in 2008 the local gamestop had it with the box and instructions for 20 bucks. I'm sure there is a few Atari 2600 games in my collection that still have some value. The market on them tanked 13 years ago. I still got Chase the Chuckwagon-had this copy since I was a kid. And A few of the Xonox double enders-these I grabbed when the crash happened and Children's Palace was clearing out 2600 stuff cheap. Sold almost all my rare NES games in 2010. Same with my rare Genesis stuff. I hear the TG 16 market has exploded. I got about 40 games for that system. Most of them bought either when they came out or when the Babbages in Mobile was closing and they were clearing out stuff cheap. EDIT-Just looked at some Dreamcast prices WOW Jojo's Bizzare Adventure-Grabbed this cheap at Gamestop when they were clearing out Dreamcast stuff in 2003. GOt it cause it was a 2d Capcom fighter. Had no clue it had went way up in price. Grandia II-Any RPG that came out on the DC I grabbed. MVC2-Figured this would have dropped in the years but still has a decent value. I really need to get a nice CRT tv to hook my older systems up to. Right now all of them are boxed up sitting in the closet. Just haven't been in the mood for video games for a few years now. Outside of maybe something on the DS or that hacked Portable Genesis I got almost 8 years ago.

All should sell for over £100, closer to £200 in some cases: Persona 2&3 psp collectors editions, Pokémon Heart gold, Dark souls steel book, Spirit Tracks tin, fire emblem fates fancy version, drill dozer, Abe's oddessy vita. Sealed copy of Chrono Trigger DS is my most expensive- currently @ $75. I've got that too, I'm in the ridiculous position of wanting to open and play it but not wanting to as the price may keep going up.

Path of Radiance.
It's really silly that Nintendo hasn't ported it and Radiant Dawn as a single game or something for the Switch.
