Who are some ECW guys who never wrestled for either of the "big two". Only ones I can think of are New Jack and, going way back to the Eastern days, Johnny Hot Body. Maybe some of the jobber/opening match guys as well (ie, Dirt Bike Kid, Shark Attack, El Puerto Ricano, Johnny Smith).

Chilly Willy never wrestled WWF/E or WCW. He's retired now and is a trainer.
...might be the most someone's talked about Chilly Willy on this board now that I think about it.

Did TV jobs as Lance Diamond. El Puerto Ricano was Babu, Tiger Ali Singh's servant, though I don't know if he ever had an official match.

Corino had at least try outs in WWE I'm pretty sure he jobbed on Shotgun a time or two.

The other Dudleys (Snot, DW, Chubby, Dudley Dudley, and Dick) never wrestled in WWF or WCW either to my knowledge.

I'm astounded that anyone remembers the Dirtbike/Shark Attack Kid's stint in ECW enough to mention him here. I'm astounded he ever got booked there, I can't imagine what he would've been like in one of the big two.

Chilly Willy was in OVW on a WWE developmental deal, if that counts.

He's been working as a trainer in NXT for a few years now so he did finally end up earning a well deserved WWE paycheck. I'm almost positive he was shown on NXT recently breaking up a fight. Aside from that he did dark show / tryout matches in the 90's as previously stated above.
