Who’s the mystery “Hall of Fame-level” signing?
I legitimately have no idea who fits that bill outside of a CM Punk and that’s highly unlikely.

Some options would be on the grand scale even if they're a far reach:
CM Punk
Lesnar
Batista
A UFC guy turned wrestler potentially? Maybe.
A New Japan Talent on some sort of co-deal like Okada would be major.
I really dont know who to think especially considering we might be getting another talent debut in the Ladder Match. Revolution shaping up to have a lot going on.
