Last week, I went in to poke around and see if I could find any shirts as part of a 50% sale they were having. Now, I'm a big guy, so finding good fitting clothes is usually a struggle, since I usually have to go XXL and sometimed 3XL. So, I find two nice-looking shirts, one a XX and one a XXX. Score. Buy them, take them home because I don't have enough time to try them on in store. Try on the XXL, and it's not even close to fitting around my gut. OK, sometimes, that happens, but the 3XL will be fine, right? Wrong. I try that on, and it barely gets around me! Now, I know I'm not that fat, because I wear almost anything above XX well. So, I bring it back, and get to talking with the clerk, who says that they're talioring clothes thinner for the slim look for the new brand of thin emo kids.
So, the moral here is, thanks a lot for ruining my style and forcing me to shop at Old Navy, you skinny emo bastards. Wax you.

I despise tight shirts. So, they're making sizes differently? Thats great to know. XL's dont fit me anymore and I thought I was getting fatter since I was resorting to 2X's

Why you fat, whiny.... Oh wait, I just weighed in at 200 lbs this morning, but I assure you that it's muscle and not bear claws or cheesecake.
Seriously, I have noticed that larges are too tight for my ever-widening can.

Thank you for solving the mystery of the size medium that cut off circulation in my arms.

Hey, skinny guys need a place to buy shirts too. Up until a couple years ago, I had to shop in the kids section for T-shirts, and I don't even consider myself a small guy. I'm freakin' six feet tall and 165 lbs.! Maybe it's just that a lotta people in Michigan are fat so the sizes run very big here.
And I hate loose T-shirts, they make me look like I'm trying to hide my chub, when I actually am in pretty good shape.

There are no Hot Topic stores where I live, but if there were, I'm telling you, I'd go in there and yell "AND THESE T-SHIRTS ARE TOO TIGHT TOO, BILLY!" Odds are, the guy working the register is named something f@ggy like Billy too, so it works on both levels.

Guess it's a good thing most everything fits me. I hate tight shirts, but lady friend insists I should wear them, which would be fine if I had any muscle, or at least slight definition to show off. But nope, just skin n' bones.

Yeah. He wins 1 Internets. The t-shirts are still fine, thankfully. I had a hard time with TSX because their clothes seem to top off at XL in all their styles.

I dunno...I rather enjoy tighter fitting clothes. I've recently started buying mediums from there...and I haven't worn that size in years. I'm not even skinny, nowhere near it.
Ah well, to each his own I suppose.

When I used to work there and get free clothes for random promos and stuff...nothing would ever fit. I've taken a Large for almost 5 years now, and the fact that I had to get XL in almost everything there was ridiculous.
Buy your clothes on the internet.

I think the moral of the story is exercise and a strict diet is your friend.
