I don't think she is a WWE lifer but at the same time she is in for a very rude awakening if she thinks she will be placed at the top of the card and always be there no matter what in any other company. I also don't think she would be as big of a help to AEW as others might think. Her in ring work has seriously regressed since her second NXT stint, and her attitude is incredibly rotten at times.
Let me remind you of TLC 2019 where she intentionally shot on Kairi Sane and had to be forced into apologizing by the public. And then like a month later she basically walked it back by saying in an interview that she cared more about looking good than the health of Kairi.

I'm not sure why anyone would want her to go ruin AEW'S women's division.

To be morbid with this answer, I think she'll stay as long as Ric is alive.

Honestly, I don't realistically think we'll see another in-ring WWE Lifer in our lifetimes. The Big Dog I think. With the A'naoi family connection and his health concerns, I don't see him anywhere else but the E.

If he has to stop wrestling I see Hollywood wanting to make him the next Rock.

I think she may want a new challenge and that was before Andrade signed with AEW. Charlotte strikes me ambitious and I feel as WWE loses interest in the women again she may want a different challenge.
As for her in the ring... while she may not be the prodigy she is still a decent worker and I feel getting into an environment where wrestlers have more creative freedom in the ring may bring out the best in her.

Her push/depush over the next few years may be a good indication of how things are going behind the scenes as HHH clearly worships the ground she walks on but shes 35 and Dunn/Vince are said to be ageist against women wrestlers. She might think herself well out of it.

I wonder with everything Charlotte has won. Rumble, Raw and SD Women's Title, NXT Title and Tag Titles. Maybe to entice her to stay they give her a run with the US or IC titles?

I could see her going into acting. She’s got a lead role in a 2-hour pilot for USA Network (a Walking Tall remake) but I don’t think filming has started yet.

I could easily see her in AEW. Have WWE lifers even ever existed? Years ago I would have thought Randy Orton but I could also see him popping up there at some point.

She's clearly a first ballot hall of famer if anything for her female wrestlemania main event history and title runs. Wherever she competes would be as ashley flair or Charteuse or something like that and seen as a sidenote to a hall of fame career. I can see her wanting to make a run in aew with Andrade or trying her hand at acting. Even if this is what happens she will be back in wwe for a final run or hall of fame/legends deal.

Nothing wrong with disliking Charlotte, but I think you're making some assumptions here that aren't necessarily backed up by the evidence. If you watch that match, the point at which Kairi is visibly concussed is when she does that diving elbow off the apron and hits her head on the table, a spot Charlotte couldn't have seen as she was already on the other side of the ring setting up for her spear, which happens a very short time later. Kairi doesn't sell it normally and just falls, but if you look closely afterwards, Charlotte's slap is a worked one (for examples of her hitting real ones, you can see the one on Becky at TLC 2018 or Ronda at WM 35), and thankfully Kairi still tucked her head and took the powerbomb well. Kairi could have just stayed down at that point and been taken out of the match, but Asuka helped her back up to keep going. I think at some point they worked out a plan to improvise around it, because Becky (who was the one in the best position to see what happened with Kairi's attempted elbow-drop) rolling Kairi under the apron happened off-camera while Charlotte and Asuka were doing a big spot that the coverage focused on. Given it was a complex situation (it was a PPV main event and a tornado tag-style match, so a lot of moving parts, which is also what I think Charlotte was getting at in that interview rather than saying she didn't care about Kairi's health), I think they did as good a job as they could in those circumstances.

I don’t think anyone is a lifer anymore, unless your name is McMahon or are married to one.
Even then I could seriously see Shane popping up in AEW.

Nah. People in the audience mentioned hearing her screaming at Kairi about big leaguing her and I remember Mark Henry talking about her and Kairi's interactions shortly before TLC where he heard that Charlotte legitimately does not like Kairi. Numerous reports also mentioned there was chaos backstage as there was no one in gorilla to call an audible either. No Heyman, no Pritchard, no Vince, no Triple H. I don't think it's hard to imagine her being hard to work with due to her general attitude in non-kayfabe interviews where she thinks every time she's not in the title scene she is being mishandled and its unfair to her. There's also the problem of where she outright admits in her book from a few years ago that she has sabotaged the careers of others because "well I needed this accolade/win more".
