Seriously though, she is awesome so I wouldn't complain if they picked her to be the woman who wins the Universal title. The woman put on the ultimate banger with Pentagon and did not look a hair out of place. I remember.

She is gonna eventually want to challenge herself and prove she can get over somewhere else without the WWE machine. It feels like she's already near that point. I expect her and Ric to pop up in AEW in the not to distant future.

And honestly, I wasn't really joking. WWE might get that desperate. And because they booked her to win EVERYTHING in the women's division. What's left right? It's not like a female hasn't won a men's title yet. I can't wait to see Roman Reigns lose to Natural Selection. Done!

Done! Only if they change it to the WOO!niversal Championship. This would fit more. The WWE Wooooooo Champion. First ever father/daughter combo to be WWE champion!

Yeah, there's really nothing left to accomplish in WWE.

Honestly, I don't realistically think we'll see another in-ring WWE Lifer in our lifetimes. The only big names who would leave would be Bryan/AJ/Bayley/Sasha type guys cause they have a dream match that WWE can't fulfill or if they threw the kitchen sink to bring in a true game changer someone like Roman,Brock,Cena.Edge to go at WWE market share in a major way. Miz,Orton,Bella Twins seem like they don't fall into either category and would be WWE lifers.

Honestly, I don't realistically think we'll see another in-ring WWE Lifer in our lifetimes. I feel like the last one will be Roman, honestly, and that's because I don't see him going to another company when he decides he's done. With his health issues over the year and how hard he prioritizes himself and his family over his career, he'll probably just call it a day and go do something else. Maybe hang out with Dwayne in Hollywood for a bit.

Nothing wrong with disliking Charlotte, but I think you're making some assumptions here that aren't necessarily backed up by the evidence. If you watch that match, the point at which Kairi is visibly concussed is when she does that diving elbow off the apron and hits her head on the table, a spot Charlotte couldn't have seen as she was already on the other side of the ring setting up for her spear, which happens a very short time later. Kairi doesn't sell it normally and just falls, but if you look closely afterwards, Charlotte's slap is a worked one (for examples of her hitting real ones, you can see the one on Becky at TLC 2018 or Ronda at WM 35), and thankfully Kairi still tucked her head and took the powerbomb well. Kairi could have just stayed down at that point and been taken out of the match, but Asuka helped her back up to keep going. I think at some point they worked out a plan to improvise around it, because Becky (who was the one in the best position to see what happened with Kairi's attempted elbow-drop) rolling Kairi under the apron happened off-camera while Charlotte and Asuka were doing a big spot that the coverage focused on. Given it was a complex situation (it was a PPV main event and a tornado tag-style match, so a lot of moving parts, which is also what I think Charlotte was getting at in that interview rather than saying she didn't care about Kairi's health), I think they did as good a job as they could in those circumstances.
Nah. People in the audience mentioned hearing her screaming at Kairi about big leaguing her and I remember Mark Henry talking about her and Kairi's interactions shortly before TLC where he heard that Charlotte legitimately does not like Kairi. Numerous reports also mentioned there was chaos backstage as there was no one in gorilla to call an audible either. No Heyman, no Pritchard, no Vince, no Triple H. I don't think it's hard to imagine her being hard to work with due to her general attitude in non-kayfabe interviews where she thinks every time she's not in the title scene she is being mishandled and its unfair to her. There's also the problem of where she outright admits in her book from a few years ago that she has sabotaged the careers of others because "well I needed this accolade/win more". Man, you’re reaching for something that’s not there and always post these stories about Charlotte that are just not true/credible. By all accounts, she’s well-liked by her peers and gets along with everyone.

Her push/depush over the next few years may be a good indication of how things are going behind the scenes as HHH clearly worships the ground she walks on but shes 35 and Dunn/Vince are said to be ageist against women wrestlers. She might think herself well out of it. I suspect that someone like Trips or even Nick Khan have sat at least one of those men down and told them what's what, at least in telling them what's "best for business." Women's wrestling has come a long way from Moolah's clawed grasp and is only getting better and better. I don't think Charlotte is a WWE lifer, if only because her name and her sense of legacy will demand that she leave. Any history she has of being problematic primarily stems from the kid gloves treatment she's gotten so far from WWE, but deep down she knows she may never truly be able to match her father's legacy just sticking around the same place that "made her." Ric Flair was touched, since the plane crash that nearly killed him in 1976, with the sense that he had to be memorable in everything he did. Charlotte bears a little of that burden now, and can't be seen as another second-gen wrestler who couldn't step from their parent's shadow. Papa Flair's title reigns didn't all come from NWA or WCW; it doesn't make sense that, whatever Charlotte's legacy is, it would come from a lifetime with one promotion. That said, I don't see WWE letting her go without a massive fight, even if it seems outlandishly generous. If there's anyone who could seriously bolster AEW's profile and particularly its women's division without the headaches, it'd be Natalya, whose pedigree is arguably better and who's been at the business rather longer without any signs of slowing down.

Whilst I'm not the biggest fan of the way she's booked I can't say I've heard any credible stories about her being a pain-in-the-ass to work with or anything so I'm with you on this.

I always go back to that interview Charlotte did where she pretty outright says she cared more about the match then Kairis health during that match and it completely derailed me from liking this woman.
And made me respect Asuka and Becky more especially Becky for doing the opposite.
