With Andrade now working for the other company. Ric is always a paycheck away from jumping ship.
Where does everyone think that leaves Charlotte? Do you still see here staying in WWE and finishing her career. Or is she more likely now than ever, to jump ship and go down south to the other promotion?

I’d guess she’s going elsewhere.

I think so. I wish she would go to AEW as I think it would be best for both parties as there's nothing left for her to do in WWE and she would give AEW's division a huge boost in credibility and also have fresh opponents to work with. I think her against Britt Baker would be interesting and she could also probably do a lot to help some of their younger girls who have a ton of potential like Tay Conti or Anna Jay. However I just feel they love her too much to ever let her go and there's no reason for her to want to leave since they give her everything all the time.
I think all of the 4HW are lifers to be honest. Sasha and Bayley are probably more likely in that I think the former is the most likely to get frustrated and ask out and potentially get her wish this time with how many cuts they're doing and the latter is probably the most likely to get released unwillingly. However I still think both of those cases are still unlikely. Sasha is still pretty young and it seems like has a good relationship with them now and they've invested so much into Bayley that I find it hard to believe they would release. Then again the same could be said for Bruan so who knows.

Nah. Her man's in AEW, Ric travels where he pleases, she's gonna go if needed. She's a Flair, she will always be fine.
If anything Becky out of all 4 Horsewomen is the one who's a WWE lifer.

This may sound crazy now and even more crazy if this was 2016.
I can honestly see Charlotte, Bayley, Becky and Sasha all out of WWE, either wrestling elsewhere or leaving the business all together by 2025.
This is why the WWE needs to build the next group of superstars starting with Rhea and Bianca. Now build up some more with Io, Franky, etc.. and let Asuka be the veteran hand of the division. The Bret or Shawn of the division who can lead all the other ladies coming up.

WWE is so painfully unaware of how fast this scenario is approaching and they have done barely anything to establish the successors. Between the 4H , Asuka and Alexa I generously say 5yrs for all of them atleast as full time workers....Bayley may be the outlier here though as I think she would very likely be the one to simply not renew her contract and wanting to challenge herself in a new company. Alexa is gonna be the first to go though I have her at most on a 2yr clock right now before she just blissfully retires.

Practically all the wrestlers left who aren't treated like disposable props are the multigenerational talents, on top of which HHH's still a starstruck fanboy for her dad. As long as the carnies are running WWE, she's got a job for life.
But if the trajectory of more authority going to Nick Khan or another outsider from a corporate background continues, that could change very quickly.

I used to think so, but not anymore. Yeah, I used to feel the same but I'm not so sure anymore though. If she does join another company, than AEW is kinda obvious given that's where Andrade went and it could lead to some good matches with Britt Baker and Hikaru Shida for example so there's that.

I don't think anyone's a guaranteed lifer anymore. And that's a good thing for the industry as a whole. With another viable major company out there, it means the wrestlers can get better paychecks playing off the both of them.

Honestly, when you have Big Show and Mark Henry getting good enough offers to contribute to another company when at the start of the year, you would have marked them down as company for-lifers, it’s hard to consider anyone 100% guaranteed to stay in WWE forever.
I would also say they’d try their damnest to keep Charlotte, though.

I wonder with everything Charlotte has won. Rumble, Raw and SD Women's Title, NXT Title and Tag Titles. Maybe to entice her to stay they give her a run with the US or IC titles?

Honestly, I don't realistically think we'll see another in-ring WWE Lifer in our lifetimes.

Should probably wait and see how well Andrade's run goes in AEW before we start to wonder if she's jumping ship to join him there.

Charlotte might be one of the more likely top stars to jump. Not only did they let Andrade go in such spectacular fashion, but they've pretty much run out of things for her to do, and fresh opponents for her to feud with. She's main evented WrestleMania, held every women's title in the company (except the newly minted NXT Women's Tag titles and the NXT UK belt) many times over, and even had a tour of NXT which means it's going to take that much longer to cycle in fresh opponents.
She'd be a much bigger asset to AEW as their first major female acquisition as opposed to being a consistently featured yet ultimately unfulfilling existence bouncing between WWE's brands until extreme burnout sets in.
