Mainly any instance where people were made to do things they didn't actually want to do (Trish Barking like a dog, anyone forced into the Vince McMahon kiss my ass club which was probably everyone involved besides Vince McMahon)
Stuff like the Playboy spreads, Al Wilson, Val Venis etc didn't bother me because assumingly the talent involved was ok with it

It all got eye-rolly for me when Sable suddenly became an exhibitionist (e.g. bikini contest against Jackie), kicking off the Dunn/Russo/McMahon/Lawler horndog era where there was something terribly wrong with you if you were a woman and didn't want to be naked or at least showing your thong at all times.
HLA was where I thought it went way overboard. That was some straight-up ECW 1996 shit happening in WWE in 2002.

What's funny is how more than a decade later, WWE tried to do the same thing with Maryse doing these sexy clips of her welcoming the audience back to Smackdown. When Sunny did this, it was a different time. |
