It's easy to not have positive tests if you don't test...we're already back here. Places not testing, people with positive tests being told to go to work anyway. WWE is just following the country. Yeah, I mean, as shitty as it is (and it is shitty), WWE isn't any worse than every other company doing this shit because nobody will tell them they can't. And I get it; companies want to continue making money, but this whole trend of acting like the pandemic is ending when it's absolutely not is just getting more people sick. I get it, but WWE should have much more stringent protocols than a retail store or fast food restaurant, considering their performers take their face coverings off and get into incredibly close contact for minutes at a time. It is possible to work with an asymptomatic positive person and avoid catching COVID at a grocery store if everyone is careful enough, but one person carrying COVID into a match means everyone is virtually guaranteed to get it. And with the Royal Rumble coming up, it's inconceivable that they would run two 30 person matches with no testing requirement.

Yeah, there's absolutely zero funny here. And maybe omicron is mild enough for him to shrug it off, but the variant is hitting kids a lot harder and it's driving a lot more pediatric hospitalizations, and Roman's got twins born in 2020. If he's at risk of having brought it home, that's a problem. If he didn't bring it home, he's still cut off from his family for a few weeks, and Roman seems like a guy that really cares about his family. It's sad. It's all genuinely tragic and awful. He also could have got it from being home and having family and friends over for the holidays. He hasn't wrestled since before the holidays. And he could have gotten it from a guy in the circus. What’s your point? He has it.

I'm saying that there's no "Oh ho WWE had to change the match this is funny" because a man is sick.

Not testing was a great plan that immediately worked and defeated COVID.
Sick plan Vinny Mac. You're definitely a benevolent genius and not a rich evil asshole.

the fact WWE is no longer requiring testing is unconscionable now their golden goose who's they've billed up for over a year as an unstoppable monster, who opted not to wrestle at the start of the pandemic over concerns because his immune system is compromised, has covid Reigns has nothing to do with the new policy though. It went into effect after Reigns’ last appearance.

If WWE's going to be taking a, "LALALAWECANTHEARYOU," approach to COVID can they at least knock it off with going into the crowd?
