Stables all holding gold or holding all the gold

So, it's often been seen that the best stables have a moment where every member holds a Championship. The Horsemen, Bullet Club, The Elite, Evolution, The Shield...

But does WHAT gold they have affect where the stable rates? For example, the Horsemen held all the major gold in JCP - Flair was World Champ, Tully/Windham/Luger as US Champ, Arn as TV Champ and The Andersons/Arn and Tully as Tag Team Champions.

Whereas The Shield only held the US and Tag Titles during their time as a group. Does that make their achievement less impressive than other stables that did it?

Add the original Triple Threat to the list as there was a point in 1995 where they had all three of ECW's titles.
