Honorable mention going to Finn Balor. Guy gets sent down to NXT after a lackluster main roster run as a smiley babyface, manages to rebuild himself in the process, then comes back on the main roster looking better than ever. However, it wasn't long before Finn's momentum came crashing to a halt. He gets beaten down by Corbin while John Cena waltzes down to the ring and steals his title shot, and when he does eventually get his title shot, this happens:
There was the spot where he was convulsing on the outside before hulking up, which made things silly to begin with, but this was the shit cherry on top. It was this spot here that made Balor look like a total goober. To make matters worse, there was no follow-up on it whatsoever. No explanation, no continuity....nothing. What happened afterwards was Balor getting drafted to RAW, meaning he had to start all over on a new brand ice cold. Since then, he hasn't exactly been the same.

Big E. He was treated like an absolute nobody at the Rumble, though that might have been partly due to Kofi being an idiot.

Big E. The only thing I'll say about his reign is that he didn't lose it in 4 seconds like both Bianca and Kofi did.

With how one-sided this poll is, I feel like a better question would be "Who was the bigger loser: Big E or Kofi?" After all, they both won the WWE Title for the first time, held it for a few months, lost it to Brock Lesnar, didn't get a rematch, and then went right back to doing what they were doing before in the midcard as if they'd never won it in the first place.

Big E. Reason I choose Large Epsilon is Kofi won the title off Daniel Bryan in an amazing WM match, and that beats a MitB bitch cash-in any day of the week.

The biggest loser of them all is WWE. They're hurting themselves with their piss poor booking decisions and their inability to create new stars. As far as the wrestlers in the poll go, Big E is the one that's suffered the most. It wasn't long ago that he was poised to be featured as a main event level player, but ever since losing the WWE title, he's been relegated back to midcard status. There's a very solid argument for Sasha too given the reasons above, but I'm personally giving it to Big E here because of where he potentially could've been vs where he is now. . The biggest loser in all of this is the fans

Speaking of Big E, Wade Keller posted about the response to what's happened to him. People backstage are furious.

Vince doesn’t care. Reports are he’s even MORE out of touch and HARDER to approach these days.

I mean it goes without saying but after what happened to Kofi, Xavier and UUDD and now Big E it's pretty clear New Day's outta here once those contracts expire in 2023-2024.

I keep going back and fourth on thinking what will happen. I can see the three splitting honestly. Maybe Kofi stays, Xavier does his own thing. Regardless of Big E’s current direction, his future will be the most interesting. Who knows honestly but contract negotiations with those three will be very interesting.

Regardless of Big E’s current direction, his future will be the most interesting. Who knows honestly but contract negotiations with those three will be very interesting. I think that given Kofi gave up money just to give Woods and Big E bigger contracts so they'd all have the same contract with the same terms in 2019 they'll be together regardless. We've got Amanda and the rest in AEW who are probably pushing for E to leave, Cole and Omega pushing for Woods, Kofi's the one I'm not sure on. Surely if they can push him to go he will I guess we'll see but I personally think they'll stay together. Like, in my own fanbooking thing, I can see them all debuting in AEW under a new team name, something like "Them" or something like that. Even though I don't f*** with Jericho anymore I can easily see Kofi going headup with Jericho, Bryan again, just guys around his age while Big E messes around with heavy contenders there and then Woods can face his dudes. Basically, I'm saying that I think their brotherhood is so strong that Kofi would leave given he's shown that it's not even about the money anymore and he's just chillin.

I will be surprised if any New Day stays with WWE when their deals are up...all three of them have a guaranteed path way into AEW and between the UUDD stuff and Kofi and Big E taking big regressions in their career after seemingly being elevated into world title status they have all the reason they need if they choose to.
And everyone already knows that if 1 leaves all of them are gonna leave they made this pact by signing their contracts all at the sametime etc.

Big E and Kofi became world champion, Xavier became KOTR, they've already broken the record for tag teams, they've hosted WM, at this point it's just padding their resume with accolades if they stay. Also besides Big E and Kofi being pushed down, WWE put a hold on UUDD content, their podcast was put on hold, merch isn't as frequent as before, it's like they've put their stuff on the backburner. No need to stay anymore besides getting more money and somehow elevating to the level they were previously which probably won't happen.

Sasha remains over, with Bianca I just can't see them not giving her another championship run soon, the same with Seth. Big E got booked back in time so fast I'm still not sure he was ever champion to begin with.

It's gonna be interesting to see what happens throughout the negotiations, but I will say this: If they leave, it's gonna be quite the blow for WWE given how respected they are.

Seems like he loves that gig a lot. Though if he really wanted to just be done with WWE, I'm sure he could negotiate something with G4 separately. He's also expressed interest in using his spot on G4 for wrestlers outside of WWE.

I highly doubt there will be any correlation with WWE and G4 for Xavier that dictates whether he stays with the company or not , unless WWE wants to go all scorched universe levels of petty and starts thinking they can dictate whether or not ex talent be allowed to work a show they have nothing to do with besides being under the same network umbrella. But no doubt in my mind WWE is fully aware what is going to happen if he in particular walks away from this company they already struggle enough with a younger audience so losing the guy who has the ability to attract that by just tapping into the videogame heavy audience and getting more to gravitate to watching AEW more than AEW currently already does is gonna be immensely hurtful.
