I could see Austin wanting to stay because of G4 (who are owned by WWE media partner NBCU). Seems like he loves that gig a lot. Though if he really wanted to just be done with WWE, I'm sure he could negotiate something with G4 separately. He's also expressed interest in using his spot on G4 for wrestlers outside of WWE. I highly doubt there will be any correlation with WWE and G4 for Xavier that dictates whether he stays with the company or not , unless WWE wants to go all scorched universe levels of petty and starts thinking they can dictate whether or not ex talent be allowed to work a show they have nothing to do with besides being under the same network umbrella. But no doubt in my mind WWE is fully aware what is going to happen if he in particular walks away from this company they already struggle enough with a younger audience so losing the guy who has the ability to attract that by just tapping into the videogame heavy audience and getting more to gravitate to watching AEW more than AEW currently already does is gonna be immensely hurtful. Leaving WWE means they can get back into the groove of making content & doing their own thing outside the squared-circle, which will no doubt play a part in these negotiations. It's no good for WWE to double down on their stance because it's a battle they're ultimately going to lose.

Sasha's had enough moments to last a lifetime. She's still good enough to be up there but she's fine for now.
Seth is big enough not to need the belt at this point. I see him as the closest thing to Randy Savage that we have. He's the MVP of the show, but not THE big star, and that's fine, it's a very good role to have.
Big E was shafted for Lesnar, however his push wasn't working. He needs a character rehaul if he is to be taken seriously as a singles competitor. We saw shades of that in the Apollo Crews feud, but he went back to being New Day E as soon as that was over. Isn't going to be THE guy anytime soon.
I go for Bianca. She was literally pushed aside just as soon as Becky was ready to come back. No explanations of 'title reign not working' or anything. Just 'oh Becky's back, yeah bye now'. I love Becky and am glad she's back and champion, but Bianca has no fault whatsoever in this. She just happened to hold the belt when the return happened, and now she's just another wrestler.

Big E but it's not like he'll never get another chance Dude is back on Smackdown and tagging with Kofi and Woods. It doesn't look like that chance will come anytime soon, and the dude is 35 and he ain't getting any younger. And if that chance comes again, then more likely than not, it's going to be another lackluster reign for him, like it was in 2013 - 2014 and 2021-22.

I think Vince likes him, and he works really hard. Look at a Bobby Lashley who is like 40 and looking dominant. Outside of Roman the main event scene has largely been a revolving door of people. I don't see how Big E doesn't get another chance, as long as he stays healthy.

Dude looks incredible.
I can see Large Epsilon getting another crack at the main event, but if is set up to fail like he was with his WWE Title (Bitch cash in, won title on first day of MNF and lost it on last day of MNF), then it will be the same old story.
