tbh Michael Cole probably had his best year since he was on Smackdown with Tazz way back in the day. The McAfee/Cole relationship was really upped his enthusiasm and game, and Cole has always been a pretty decent commentator when enthused about a product AND when not playing a heel and just being himself. Actually commentary as a whole has improved. Smackdown's really works now, the AEW booth work well together and RAW doesn't stand out... There are a few awards I'd give to others, but then, I am not the Observer audience and I've known that for over 20 years now! Not to mention, Tom Hannifan being great since debuting for Impact. Hannifan wasn't in the eligibility period except maybe for the tail end of his WWE career, but he should be in the running for Best Announcer next year. He's a massive improvement over Striker and especially Matthews as the PBP guy for Impact.

Even Dave and Bryan don't agree with Corey and Michael Cole being chosen for worst announcers.

Not sure how someone can win most outstanding but not be considered best wrestler. Would have considered Dangerous Tekkers for best tag team as well.

Not sure how someone can win most outstanding but not be considered best wrestler. Most Outstanding is best in-ring work, Wrestler of the Year is best overall and effectively limited to main eventers in big televised promotions, and then the style awards are limited to that style.
