What if Scott Steiner was on the Smackdown brand in 2003?

What if Scott Steiner had been on the Smackdown brand instead of RAW? Who do you see him feuding with, and would it be better than what we got?

Steiner was hindered by nagging injuries for most of his run, so I don't think it would've made that huge of a difference. He probably would've faced Brock at some point. Angle, Benoit, Undertaker would've been likely. Cena, Eddie, maybe Rhyno? I doubt they would've treated him as a special attraction, since they didn't on Raw, and didn't treat anyone like that in general at the time.

Unless he got surgery for his dropfoot and didn't just trust the WWE doctors who told him it would heal on its own, probably not.

But it also means we wouldn't have the never ending utterly awful unwatchable Test feud, so it would probably be an improvement. I can see Scott actually having a Mania match this way. Maybe he teams with Taker against Big Show and A Train.

Smackdown had better writing at the time too.

He still would have had his drop foot, he still would have been roided out, and he still would have gotten gassed after doing 3 or 4 belly to belly suplexes, one of the few moves he could still do.

Nothing much would have changed. He would still have stank the joint out.

Undertaker is a good shout he just seemed a bit aimless for most of 03 until the Lesnar/Vince feud and I don’t think a lot of people were excited about him feuding with Big Show, A-Train & the FBI.

I think he would have faired much better on Smackdown. I doubt he would have had any classics, but better feuds than those with Triple H and Test. If only Stephanie had satiated his needs.

Well he did come from a highly educated university.

I think Steiner’s 2003 run on Smackdown would have been similar to his Raw run, with him being fed to Brock instead of HHH.

Insurrextion was a RAW UK only PPV during his time there, so if he was on Smackdown he would have wrestled less countries for sure
