I'm in the bone-in camp. My first memory of eating food is a chicken drumstick, can't betray those memories. I'm all right with chicken nuggets though. The nuggets are made for the dipping sauce.
I'm all for every chicken part though. Intestines, gizzard, the crop, the heart, liver, the tail/butt, even the feet.
Nothing will beat lechon manok for me. It's a spit roast chicken served with sarsa, which is kinda a sweet-ish gravy. Pile in the rice and I'm good to go.

Boneless chicken bites are superior in every way to wings. More meat, perfect for dipping, less messy. You know what you’re getting. Some places “chicken wings” have a suspicious lack of pigeons in the neighborhood.

Does anyone else not like paper straws? I get reducing plastic on other cutlery, but man, paper straws just breakup and usually you absorb the paper into your straw most times.

I’m not a fan, but I don’t use straws but for McDonald’s, who use them now too. It’s just an odd feel on your lips. I have no strong opinions on it. Some folks really, really do.

I thought of another one. ALWAYS having a paper towel or wet rag when eating chips. I can't stand having Dorito/Cheeto dust on my fingers.

I like sashimi well enough, but similar to my feelings of chicken wings, I've lost the taste for sushi. Like when baked sushi became a thing, all the various flavors just became a mess of the same thing for me. Doesn't help that baked sushi looks like someone puked over the rice.

I will happily ruin almost any meal with extra cheese Cheese on rice on some meals hits well, no lie. Like stuff you put in a taco or burrito, with the taco/burrito replaced with plain, hot, and fresh white rice, mix it together and add grated cheese. Sticky, hot, flavorful. And really, as I grow older it seems that dairy makes me hear the call of the bowl more than I usually have to, but cheese. I don't even have a good palate to describe which cheese is which, but cheese is cheese. Maybe except pimento cheese.

I really like ketchup, but I dislike fresh tomato.
I like hot cheese, say on a pizza or in a toasted sandwich, but cold, hard cheese is a big no.

I always like getting a few spare dipping sauces from McDonalds and putting them on other things. I put their sweet n sour sauce on a porterhouse steak the other night.

Think I've mentioned it before, but I really am picky about rice. I'm leery about eating outside when it comes to plain white rice, not just fast food. At home, I get it the way I want it, cooked with a bit of extra water for moisture. Like, I suppose it has to really stick to each other. Most places with plain white rice don't do it in the way that I want it to, so I avoid those and go for meals without rice even though I'd want a rice meal. Fried rice gets some pass, but if the grains don't stick to each other well enough I get leery. I've got one hell of a gag reflex on this, too. When I'd eat at roadside stands back when I was in the night shift, I'd eat whatever noodles they have instead of picking a meal with rice.
And when at home at a meal I'll be the one who scoops out the rice and places it on everyone's plate, and I'll put mine first to get the rice I want. Nothing on the edge or bottom.
Rice reheated through the rice cooker is okay, but I don't like reheating rice via the microwave. Leftover rice reheated by turning it into fried rice is all right, though. Slap a raw egg on it, fry the rice with a bit of salt and bam you got a meal.

And, eating habits wise, I'm frankly terrible at conversations. I want to eat the whole meal start to finish and not be bothered with small talk. If there's alcohol involved then I'd engage with chatting, but for most part there is no savoring the meal with me. I wanna eat, not like I'm in a hurry but I wanna start and end with nothing in between. Most I can do is compliment the meal. Will loosen up if I finish my current plate and go for seconds.

I like frozen pineapple. I'll take a can of pineapple and put it in the freezer for a day or two. It freezes solid inside, I have to use a can opener on both ends to get it out. Just chip away at it and eat it like ice cream or sherbet.

Oh, I wont eat rice. I hate the texture of it in my mouth. Like eating insects. Depending on the type of rice, with a rice cooker and just adding the right amount of extra rice, so long as it's hot and fresh the consistency and texture gets to something more liked mashed potatoes. Gotta wash the rice well, too.

I hate tomatoes (like on burgers) but I love almost anything made from tomatoes like marinara sauce, tomato soup, and so on. I think it's just the texture of tomatoes I really don't like. Same I actually have that with lots of foods. Love the flavor of onions… can’t eat onions because of the texture cooked or uncooked. Broccoli… gotta be raw. Also cannot put cold stuff on hot stuff. Meaning, I love lettuce but if you put it on my burger or taco I can’t do it. Just gets slimy

I judge people harshly if I see them pull a magic bottle of ranch out of their pocket/purse/fanny pack/prison pocket/whatever when they are eating in public.

Does anyone else not like paper straws? I get reducing plastic on other cutlery, but man, paper straws just breakup and usually you absorb the paper into your straw most times. You know how when you get an iced something-or-other from Starbucks, once you drink to a certain level, it's more ice than anything else? Yeah, this is where paper straws REALLY fail, I went back to the drink and the damn straw was melting. Had to just take the top off and drink it the old fashioned way. Mind you, Starbucks CUPS are plastic, so they aren't exactly reducing their footprint in the first place.
