I put mayo on a hotdog last summer as a joke (along with slivered onions, pickles and a slice of tomato) to gross out a friend and now it's my favorite way to have them. The best chili has a touch of cinnamon in it. My favorite condiment/sauce on smoked pulled pork is vinegar. Mayo isn't too unusual, a few regional hot dog styles include it Carolina style with chili and coleslaw is underrated. There is a local restaurant that serves mainly hot dogs that has many different styles of toppings. I don’t go often because it’s not healthy, but the place is soooooo good. I usually get one with Bavarian mustard and sauerkraut and one they call Frisco-style (1000 island dressing, tomato wedges, and bacon). Cinnamon in chili reminds me too much of the Cincinnati style. Chili with cinnamon and chocolate in it is just disgusting. I like vinegar on a lot of things too. Usually my favorite sauce on BBQ is mustard-based sauces, but I recently got a bourbon based sauce and it is amazing.

I find it weird that my parents would eat pancit (kind of stir fried noodles) with rice, but I realize that I'm not that different when I'd mix my rice with mashed potatoes.

Then again, I like mixing mashed potatoes with a lot of things. Obviously, Manhattans are a hit with our family but I love to mix about everything we serve with mashed potatoes into the potatoes. Corn and peas are the best, but bites with both potatoes and meatloaf together are fantastic too. My wife and one of my kids have even taken to copying me in that regard.

I can, and have, eat anything. But I can't even look at eggs. Doesn't matter if they're boiled, poached, scrambled, whatever, they're just gross and I can't touch them. Bring me a salad with an egg on it and I won't touch it. I don't know why they repulse me so much. As a fellow egg hater, I know exactly where you're coming from. Do you ever have the dumbest conversations after you say you don't like eggs? "How do you like your omlettes?" "Do you eat them scrambled?" "Don't you like French toast?" No, no, and no.

Mayo absolutely disgusts me and I can't have anything with it. Even the smell of it is too much.

Corn and peas are the best, but bites with both potatoes and meatloaf together are fantastic too. My wife and one of my kids have even taken to copying me in that regard. It's good depending on whatever else you have on the meal. Good with fried foods, tried the mashed potato and rice mix due to a habit here on KFCs where people would, thanks to the gravy being free, would drown their rice on the stuff. So, tried it with mashed potatoes and found it quite nice. Then came curry. Always got potatoes in the curry, so after a while would get the chunks of potato and mash them and mix them with the curry and rice to eat with the chicken curry. Chicken is pretty much the usual here when it comes to curry, and honestly I'm not as enthusiastic about curry if it doesn't have chicken. And generally chicken curry is the one thing where I ignore my usual quirks with eating. Don't like mixing the sauce/broth with rice, and I start off with that but gradually add the curry sauce on the rice. Just slowly change the overall texture of the rice and curry as I eat.

When I make a sandwich with canned tuna as a filling, I use a mix of salad cream and Mayo, the former for a bit of tanginess and the latter for creaminess
I can’t eat carrots as they are or mashed, but if they are diced in a sauce on a ready meal then I’ll eat them
I hate custard but I love custard tarts/slices and Bavarian slices (which are more creme patisserie than custard
I’ll eat cheese with any meats as a sandwich, be it ham, chicken, beef, pork, ox tongue or Italian/Spanish meat, and not just hard cheese either but also processed slices and Dairylea

I love anchovies. Not just on pizza, I’ll eat them on buttered crostini and have them as a snack. Great on salads, caesar especially as you can imagine.
Cooking a leg of lamb or a chuck roast? Chop up some anchovies and incorporate them into your rub/marinade.
Gonna cook some white fish in butter or oil? Season your butter/oil with an anchovy filet for a minute or two first.
Reheating pizza in the oven. Use the oil they come packed in on the crust to let it crisp while in there.
And lastly, do you think anchovies are just too salty? Most people, or pizza places, don’t realize to rinse the filets under cold water before using them. Go ahead. Order your pizza however, and drop a few pieces of chopped, rinsed anchovy on it. You can thank me later.
And if you ever get the opportunity to have a fresh anchovy, give it a whirl! You can eat them head, tail, bones and all. One of the tastiest fish in the ocean

I can’t stand the sight of ketchup on a corn dog or hot dog….the visual of it makes me gag.
But I’m ok with it on a burger.

Whenever I'm at a restaurant and need a refill of my drink I have to take my straw out and tell the waiter not to put a new straw in. I just want to keep using the straw I was given.
Sometimes I forget and there's a new straw in my drink and it upsets me. I don't need a new straw I can keep using the old one. No one is drinking my drink except me. It just seems like such a waste.
