Tremendous talents all, but I can not seem to get into their faction.
Between Mox's less than believable ultimate badass to their continued squashes against many talents who deserve better (even in trios matches) my eyes have a tendency to roll back.
They would be so much more palatable if they would fully embrace being heel already.

After that Regal promo? No, in love. Between Yuta's reinvention and seeing Mox and Danielson unload on people, I'm really digging it so far. I do hope they get into an actual feud soon though. Could be very epic in scale.

Yeah. Tbh. But they seem really popular and Yuta (a new star) being made cannot be denied.
Personally, my favorite aspect is probably Regal. I’d like to see more..character and story orientation goals from them other than going out and beating up three jobbers in the exact same climactic manner.
And on an even more personal level, it waters down Mox for me. He comes off, like..background. And that’s my guy so 🤷 Feel the same with Danielson to a small degree. Then again, they haven’t had a real feud yet, right?

Moxley's been portrayed as a badass brawler since he was Dean Ambrose, so not sure what is wrong with his persona in this group.
They are actually doing the right thing with them from a booking standpoint. Danielson & Moxley could be put into any angle or program. The two of them stepping in to this group to be led by Regal adds an importance to what they are doing. The first step was adding Wheeler Yuta which was executed flawlessly. He is more over than he's ever been. Now, letting them murk people until they find a proper feud is great. They are perfect for Forbidden door to face Suzuki-Gun. Archer can start stirring things up with them & we'll get a hard hitting violent match. Regal as the boss/mouthpiece has a wealth to offer and this should be incredible for a long time.

It's worth noting Mox isn't long back from rehab so a lighter load in a stable is perfect for him. Same for Danielson, he's talked about adjustming his style as he gets older. Yuta is elevated and will learn loads and even Regal can adjust to his new environment. Gives those lower tier guys they're facing a chance to step in the ring with them to.
Which is a long way of saying fair enough thinking it's meh but it's early days, they'll kick it up a gear soon enough.

I think they've spun their wheels a bit since the Yuta recruitment. Time to get stuck into a feud.
I know Yuta is about to head off to Japan for a while so I'm not sure what the plan is. Was hoping some seeds for Mox and Danielson's plans for Double or Nothing would have been planted last night.
Regal is absolute gold though, the man is a treasure.

I think they are just estabilishing then as an unit instead of just going "well of course they gonna win, Mox and Bryan are great". At very least I expect something for then to do for The Forbidden Door, given that Mox is also a NJPW Boy and Danielson has wanted it for a looong time.

I love them. They're my favorite stable in a very stable-heavy promotion, personally. I do think that, eventually, they'll need to evolve to having motivations other than "we love to fight tough dudes," but for right now I'm finding it incredibly entertaining.

I wanna see a good heel run from Mox but I guess that can happen after he turns on BCC or use him as his stable to help him win the AEW world Title back

I recognize that it all makes sense and is very popular, but I’m bored by it. Part of it might be because I don’t know who could beat Mox and Bryan together. That seems impossible. Once it happens, it could make some stars, but I’m not really digging watching them get there. They don’t mesh for me.

I think what hurt this pairing is that all the pieces weren't together from the start. It slightly feels hastily assembled. That being said, they need to move this angle forward. They've elevated Yuta, and that's great, but there is no reason for Mox and Danielson to beat up the undercard any longer.

I like that Yuta got more serious, but the BCC definitely needs a faction to feud with.

It’s been good for Yuta, but it seems to be not utilizing Moxley and Danielson to their potential. They feel a little watered down in the group compared to how they were as solo acts.

Yeah I like everyone involved, but I'm just not feeling it at the moment. The whole idea doesn't seem to mesh well with the original storyline that Danielson and Mox had going at the outset. It feels like a step back for both guys. And as much as I love Regal, it's kinda weird for him to be the sensei of this group. Mox and Danielson in kayfabe are so much more accomplished than he is. It's like if Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers joined forces to fall under the tutelage of Philip Rivers.
Hopefully it will get better when they get an actual feud, but right now it's just not working for me.

I agree with it feeling like a holding pattern since they succeeded in recruiting Yuta. It does increasingly seem like AEW angles do great with the build-up and the journey but then never quite seem to know how to hit the "and then what?" satisfactorily (see also: Hangman only now FINALLY seeming like the fiery fighting champion we wanted him to be).
They do seem like they've been kind of padding them out with borderline exhibition-feeling matches while waiting for a definite feud to fall into place, and the fact that we've gone at least two weeks now with basically showcase matches makes me wonder if they're waiting for say, New Japan guys to get situated or something, since at least for DoN I'm really not sure who tagwise is A. up the card and believable enough against them, and B. not already involved in an angle.

I feel like adding Regal and Yuta made the whole prospect less interesting to me. Combine with them not having any actual purpose thus far and it's just kind of, "Yeah, whatever, why should I care?" when I'd way rather it just be Bryan and Mox being a team. Also the team name's dumb.
Also I still find it dumb that Eddie Kingston's getting outnumbered and getting his ass kicked every week and we're just supposed to ignore that his buddy is running around with a bunch of new friends who could easily help.

I like them a lot. Wish they took advantage of the tension created with Best Friends when Yuta left. Speaking of that, it will be interesting what they do over the next two weeks. Because after that Yuta is heading to Japan for BOSJ. Which will have him off TV until post Double or Nothing. Wonder how all this will be handled, hopefully more than just a side mention whenever BCC are on screen.

Them having a really good match and winning every week is fine and perhaps we should be patient and have them go on for another month or so but its going to get old eventually, everything does, especially in wrestling.
The end game is surely introducing the trios title and BCC being the boss of the division after going heel. Maybe they'll wait until Yuta has finished his Japan/ROH commitments. I would like to see the trios title be defended in both companies.
The rest is all positive, Yuta has gone from jobber to future of the company in a month, Moxley and Danielson are kept out of the main event/title picture which will hopefully create spaces for new faces, gets Regal on the telly and if they play their cards right BCC merch could be the first "cool" wrestling shirts and hoodies that one could wear in public since Bullet Club.

Seems like several of these comments say ‘waiting for a feud to fall into place” … how about, you know, BOOK one?
I mean does Tony think they’re just going to organically accidentally step into a feud? They have no aim, no direction, no purpose. Just ‘two established top guys, a revered non-participant leader and a new guy’ … with nowhere to go and nothing to do.
And seems like every group is ‘waiting for the trios title to come into being.’ If that’s the plan for all these factions, then go ahead and introduce the trios title and let them do something. (And in kayfabe that makes no sense that groups would get together in hopes that a new title will emerge, especially a group with DB and Mox that should be persuing the top singles title.)
We should be past the ‘squash some jobbers’ point by now. If you needed to do that a couple of times to get the wheels going and let them adjust to each other, sure. But don’t throw two top talents together and then let ‘creative has nothing for you’ play out onscreen on a weekly basis.
