Raj is WrestlingInc, who I don't think is a banned source, but I would love a confirmation from the likes of Meltzer, Sapp, or Keller.

SRS hasn't been told anything yet but he does say that Raj usually has good sources.

I'm not surprised if this proves true. I've heard rumors, only rumors, mind you, that Sasha would challenge the independent contractor thing and all the legal restrictions stemming from it in court if they kept her contract frozen. Perhaps the E decided this was not the hill to die on legally speaking?

She talks about how much she loves Japan all the time so if Stardom wants to make a big splash she could absolutely go to Japan. They'd probably use her better.

Between the XFL case and now the Vince allegations, I think they gave their fill with court cases right now.
