I guess that means it's staying on ITV here in the UK. Good for cheap skate me. I can see Sky being interested, I do wonder whether AEW want a platform where they can do PPVs on traditional methods like they did with ITV Box Office?

Whats the difference between this and FITE? I'm in Australia and I already pay like 10 bucks a month for FITE to watch AEW dynamite and rampage
why not just stay with FITE?

This is a different agreement that doesn't affect Australia. It just gets AEW into a bunch of new markets while getting paid at the same time.

This DAZN is mostly just about getting into a bunch of European markets. Exactly. DAZN’s there to fill the spots FITE’s not in and thus, makes all the sense in the world to do. EDIT: It’s essentially the same as when one country doesn’t have a streaming service and they sell the rights to another one to get it in those other countries.
