I'd say at least in the collective public nostalgia, it's likely a blurry amalgamation of the two Hulk Rules looks and the early WCW look.

Not gonna lie...I have wanted every now and then someone to become "Mr. America II" on TV. In an alternately booked universe, Cena comes back as Mr. America II with no memory of himself after the cinematic match with Bray at Mania. He had his own edge to that kind of look though...

As far as Physique goes i always thought Hogan in the late 70s/early 80s was the most impressive!
If we go by the overall look i would pick WCW Hollywood Hogan.

I'm a child of the 80s, so 85/86 is still the first image of Hogan that pops into my head. Same. Yellow Hulkamania shirt and Hulkamania headband is the iconic Hulkster to me. Hulk Rules with durag is like Battle Armor He-Man.
