I’m not 100% sure. Prob not now that I think about it. Its a tough criteria to live up to. Live wrestling TV only really became a thing in the 90s. Before that it would have to be PPV or closed circuit. And by the 90s Vince had a pretty tough hand so it would mostly have to be WCW. Steiner is really the best example I can think of. Most other shoots were in service of a worked story, like Punks Pipebomb.

I *guess* Vince Russo's comments after Hogan left the building at Bash at the Beach 2000 count since Hogan sued him and all

Alberto El Patron being given a live mic and an 8 ball at Bound For Glory 2017 as his introduction to Impact certainly was a choice

In my favorite angle ever, Terry Funk created his own world title opportunity by taking off his commentator’s headset and setting up Ric Flair for a sneak attack after Flair regained the NWA belt from Ricky Steamboat. As a former world champ Funk had to be taken seriously as a challenger even though he’d been gone for a while.
Perhaps a Flair-Funk program was the plan all along but it’s entirely plausible Funk could insert himself into the #1 challenger spot by means of The Bold Move.

Macho Man' ranting about Hulk Hogan on RAW in 1993? It was weird as Hogan was a face at the time and Savage went on a rant insulting Hogan and trying to tie it into the Crush/Savage feud by saying Crush's change of heart is probably because of Hogan. Heenan & McMahon stay quiet and just carry on like he never said it.

It said that he’s been bad-mouthing Hulk on TV. I thought it meant that they were talking about Randy’s heel past.

Vince fired Terry Funk for calling a ring announcer a "goddamned Yankee bastard" on live TV, according to one of Foley's books
