Let's discuss moments that took place during Royal Rumble entrances. Or in other words, anything between the moment the clock hits zero and the entrant gets into the ring. This could be a pop from someone's entrance music, reaction from wrestlers or anything else you can think of.
I believe an iconic one is Steve Austin's reaction to Bret Hart entering in 1997. But one of my earliest favorites is when Repo Man entered in 1992. He came out of the curtain and stopped suddenly in ridiculous fashion.
What else do you all remember?

2001 - Undertaker & Kane clean house and take all the jobbers currently in the ring out. The countdown runs down for the next entrant, and the look on Scotty Too Hotty's face is priceless.

I remember when Rikishi was getting his Diesel push in 2000 the crowd gave an audible "oooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh" when Viscera came out. As if to say "This is gonna get good"

Also 2001, the PPV was being shown on a slight delay on Channel 4 in the UK (so that they can shoehorn some adverts in) and they cut to a break just as the countdown reaches zero and you hear a 'WELLLLLLLLL', completely spoiling Big Show's return from FCW

During Taker's annihilation of Maven Scotty 2 Hotty dances to the ring obliviously and Taker punches him out in the aisle to a big pop. LMAO

Also, I still have no idea why Jeff Jarrett attacked Owen Hart in 1998

It always annoyed me when folk got eliminated during someone elses entrance so the camera didn't have the focus (or missed it entirely) - Macho Man in 1994, DDP in 2002, Mark Henry 2009 etc.

Also, I still have no idea why Jeff Jarrett attacked Owen Hart in 1998 I just watched that one today, and it's not remotely explained at all. It just happens. Also, side LOL at Own running after HHHunter and Chyna, and then tripping over as he runs back through the curtain

1998: Ahmed Johnson is making his way back to the dressing room right as Kama is coming out, in what appears to be unplanned timing. Kama improvises and shoves Ahmed, knocking him off balance, and continues walking to the ring. Ahmed starts to go after him, but realizes he can't really do anything, so he just sulks away like a great big turd.

An unintentional one that always cracks me up is during the '95 Rumble when Owen Hart gets eliminated quickly to a huge pop after being attacked in the aisle by Bret. At the same moment, the camera is focused on the entry way where Steven Dunn emerges from behind the curtain to enter the match. The result is that it makes Steven Dunn look like some mega star who is running into the Rumble to clean house.
edit: Timothy Well, not Dunn.

For a time I was puzzled as to why the crowd was cheering him since he was a heel. I then thought that maybe he lives in Tampa (the site of the RR95). Nope, the crowd was cheering the fact that Owen got eliminated.

I firmly believe the right theme and titantron add to a Royal Rumble entrance. One of my favorites was in 2001 when Austin’s music hits and the tron shows him coming around a corner through a burning building, as if he’s heading to the ring..

Foley just randomly attacking Nunzio as he entered the 04 Rumble, despite Orton being Foley's primary target. ...that's still the BETTER of the two things to happen to Nunzio in that match though, as later...

Ahmed's whole performance in that Rumble is quite pathetic and also sad considering that he was supposed to be the next big thing only like two years before. He was only in for like 3 minutes and did nothing while moving around SUPER slow. Then after he gets dumped out, Phinneas Godwinn also gets dumped and Ahmed just attacks him for no reason and starts fighting with him. I seriously wonder if he was maybe intoxicated. As that's how it came off watching him. Then the confrontation in the aisle way with Kama that just made look like such a wuss. If it was improvised on Kama's part I get it as he kind of had to do something and Ahmed really had only himself to blame for taking so long getting to the back but like if that happened the year before Ahmed probably would've went mental on him. However at that point so he was so bloated and lazy and is just like "oh well" and sulks off.
