So, I was watching the August 1996 Clash on Peacock and the Network version actually kept in commercials for Super Soaker and Hot Pockets lol
I know they kept all the Macho Man Slim Jim commercials on Nitro, but do any other shows include actual commercials for other products?

Those are the "promotional consideration" spots actually. I dont know why they keep those in for WCW since WWF shows only keep the spots that either feature wrestlers or are plugging WWF products.

The January 1996 Clash of the Champions has them as well. I'm certain it's just an editing oversight.

Some of the old NWA WCW (aka WCWSN) episodes kept TBS station ID bumpers apparently.

Watching the January 1997 Clash right now. So far, I've seen Chef Boyardee, an animated Slim Jim commercial and a home video release of Mighty Ducks (whichever one came out in 1996).

Watching the final Clash of the Champions now. This time, for promotional considerations, I got Motel 6, Arm and Hammer toothpaste, and Tootsie Rolls. Will update if there are more lol

Man, you're making me long for the days of the late-2010s when YouTubers would post videos of Superstars, Wrestling Challenge, Worldwide, Main Event, etc. with commercials. They had commercials that I would not have found otherwise, and plenty I had forgotten about.
