Good. AEW without The Elite would just feel wrong.. AEW would become this: But enough about Lars Sullivan...

I hope he gave them all a patented Tony hug. I'm not sure which hug would be better - the awkward bro-hug he gave Nyla or the full-on sobbing "Will and Uncle Phil" hug he's given to Claudio and others.

I'm glad The Elite is staying in AEW and not becoming sports entertainers. U WWE fans don't get it their is a lot of wrestlers who want creative freedom in the ring

Omega has a good thing with AEW being able to rest his body, work NJPW dates, get involved in the video game, and potentially training/booking the women's division again.
The Bucks are such an important part of the infrastructure of AEW that becoming regular roster members might be too hard an adjustment. Their "dream" WM opponents are thin on the ground; Hardys and FTR in AEW, The New Day look to be winding down with injuries taking their toll, and an E&C reunion is just as likely to happen in AEW as WWE. Really there's only the Usos left and if Jey gets the singles push not even them.
Hangman on the other hand was probably given more than a raise. He is younger than the others, would get treated well in WWE as a potential solution to their aging male main event problem and Punk's behavior toward him has been far worse than toward the others IMO (trashing someone out of kayfabe to the world's wrestling media is worse than a 30-second backstage brawl). It's possible Hangman didn't want to go alone and it was a case of "if one of us stays/goes we all stay/go".

Good for them. Must admit there was more than a small part of me ready to watch them jump ship just to see the carnage unfold. But this puts to bed a huge source of uncertainty for AEW. Those guys all seem to be very moralistic and I doubt doing active shows in Saudi, while working a heavier schedule was that attractive to them

As someone who came back to wrestling thanks to AEW and has no interest in the competition for numerous reasons, phew. What a relief. It would have been on par with Jericho and the Radicalz leaving WCW, at least for my continued engagement with the product.

That's a shame from my pov.
I feel like they had just enough time left to get some great WWE matches, potentially a WM moment and still be able to go back to AEW later to finish up.
I'm not sure they'll have enough left in the tank for the other way round (except Hangman).
Ah well, their choice and good luck to them. Probably good news for AEW, even if I wanted a different outcome for the selfish reasons of seeing some of those Elite/WWE guy matches.

Kenny would be cool in WWE but I’d love to at least see the Young Bucks in WWE.

Unless WWE was willing to pay double, it’s a no-brainer to sign new deals with AEW. Punk weirdness aside, they have a pretty sweet gig in AEW with much more freedom to do what they want.

Curious to know if any of them considered the jump to WWE but ultimately decided to stick together, or if they were always staying with AEW

Very glad they re-signed, a lot of people were worried the Punk stuff would have them bounce but I guess in the end it shows maybe Scrumgate won't be such a black mark on AEW's history as previously thought
Just glad we have these guys for a long time going forward, I can't think of AEW without ANY of them.

What should I get for dinner tonight to celebrate The Elite being re-signed? Wendy's or Chili's?

I can't wait for the upcoming BTE angle where Matt Jackson blows their new contract money on even worse Hung Bucks shirts.

Pleased for them and it's a statement too as it shows that WWE really isn't that necessary for wrestlers to have incredible careers and I think it might also influence a lot of Indy and current roster talent to also say no to leaving for WWE.There really was no reason for them to leave and WWE really doesn't offer much in my book then what AEW already gives them.
