The Blue Jays are such jackasses. Gil can’t hit the strike zone to save his life..:throwing wild. Gives up a lead off double and three straight walks. Kiermaier’s dumbass comes on and strikes out swinging on 5 pitches in which not one was in the strike zone. He stands there they get a bases loaded walk. Then he keeps throwing wild and giving free runs while Tweddledee and Tweedledum at the top of the lineup can’t fight the temptation not to swing either..

Longtime Yankees radio voice John Sterling is retiring effective immediately. He will be honored at Yankee Stadium this Satuday. Whatever you think of him as a broadcaster, it's the end of an era. I didn't realize he was 85 No wonder he said I am done RIGHT NOW

Michael Lorenzen looked good in his debut and the bullpen went out and performed after looking rough these last few games.
1-0 victory in Detroit. I’ll take it!

The Chicago White Sox join the 1907 Brooklyn Superbas as the only teams in MLB history to be shut out six times in the first 16 games
Yikes...

5 games in a row with a home run for Michael Busch now!! I think Sammy was the last Cub to hit a homer in 5 straight games! So far he is looking like a fantastic trade! Seiya Suzuki unfortunately has been placed on the 10 day IL with a Oblique strain! I hope he can bounce back quick from this, injuries suck and I hate all these for the Cubs right out of the gate! But hopefully this means when we get closer to big go time the Cubs will be fully healthy. If we can stay at .500 or better without him and Steele I will be happy!

One of these days I wish the Cardinals offense would get their asses off the bus and show up to a game sometime.

The Mets are at .500
Now let us never speak of the first five games of the season again.

What a weird scene at the Mets game. 1-1 in the 7th and Pirates reliever Jose Hernandez came in...and immediately balked in a run before throwing a pitch.
3-1 Mets now.

I think I have seen enough of Torres, get rid of him Cashman. The Yankees have lost 3 in a row and I can blame Torres and his shitting fielding for 2 of them. When DJ comes back, Torres needs to go, good bye.

Well good news, Cubs farm system on a recent report is the best in baseball..
And now bad news, Seiya Suzuki is out at least 4 weeks now, and Kyle Hendrix continues to throw batting practice to opposing teams in his starts. He has not had a good start since middle of August last season. He has been absolutely awful. We cannot keep giving him the ball every 5th day. Once Taillon and Steele are back we are going to have to make a decision about Kyle Hendrix. Ben Brown has been outstanding, he may have earned a spot in the rotation once everybody is back healthy. Kyle may be the odd man out. Thank you for everything Kyle, but you arent that guy anymore. It sucks seeing a pitcher you like alot turn into this, I went through it with Carlos Zambrano, and Tim Lincecum. That towndurn comes fast and it sucks when it does.

I'm no Trevor Bauer fan, but it's insane to me that he's essentially been blackballed from the Majors for something that it turns out he might the victim of.

Damn good victory today to take the series from the Diamondbacks! Bullpen is still shakey but I like that we sent two guys down to give a few others a shot in the pen. Jameson Taillon is back and will start tomorrow evening against the Marlins. Hopefully he is his second half self and not his first half self, I dont need him and Hendrix throwing batting practice in the rotation. If Taillon can be a solid arm, once Steele comes back, I think Craig will have to decide if Hendrix is worth the trouble just caus he helped us big time in 2016. If you have Ben Brown and Javier Assad still being damn good in the rotation, I say Kyle gets shipped somewhere.

Because he was an asshole, the teams are using it against him. However, with how things have played out, he has a case of feeling like he didn't get a "fair shake" as far as 2nd chance is concerned Tho MLBPA not backing him as far as raising hell so he's f***ed
