Testing is a joke. They get a prescription, and it's all good. There's plenty of doctors out there willing to prescribe stuff. Many of these guys actually do need the prescriptions becasue all the juicing in their younger years ruined their natural hormone producing abilities.
I don't care about actors juicing up. I do hate when they don't admit though. It gives impressionable kids out there the wrong ideas about what is actually attainable the honest way.

Here's the thing, and it's like this in all sports. The drugs are about 5 steps ahead of the testers. How many tests did Lance Armstrong beat?

Because getting a prescription for testosterone is ridiculously easy for a male in their 40’s. Basically say “I’m 45, I have a penis and get fatigued all the time” and that’ll be one of the first things they check.

Lance Armstrong tested positive zero times. Those tests are not really that hard to beat. Most of the people who test positive in the sports world accidently took an over the counter supplement they didn't know was banned |

The elephant in the room was when CM Punk was doing the Straight Edge Society gimmick. He feuded with Jeff Hardy and chastised him for having prescription pill problems. There was someone else he feuded with where Punk called him out over having a drinking problem.
Then Punk got to Mysterio, and in a perfect world, Punk would have been able to call out Rey for getting on the gas, because early WCW Rey looked significantly different than the modern-day WWE Rey. But of course being PG and all, the WWE couldn't go there. Instead, he got some stupid, creepy family stalking angle with Punk.
