Survivor Series 1990 - We had one of the biggest flops in wrestling in the GobbleyGooker along with one of the greatest superstars to debut in the Undertaker.
Halloween Havoc 1998 - Arguably, one of the best matches in the careers of DDP and Goldberg took place on that night. Conversely, we also saw one of the worst matches in the careers of Hogan and Warrior just minutes prior.
ECW Invaded RAW - That was such an awesome moment to see ECW reunited and attacking Jericho and Kane. I remember Heyman leaving the announce table to cut that in-ring promo being such a mark-out moment for me since I was a huge ECW fan. But then, at the close of the show, Stephanie was announced as the new owner of ECW, which pretty much zapped all the energy from the arena.

The June 2010 Raw that featured the cast of the A-Team movie as guest hosts in some weird, pretty terrible sketches backstage surrounded by mostly bad or forgettable "viewer's choice" matches. It ended with (masked, Straight Edge Society-era) CM Punk (beating out Rey and to a far lesser extent Jack Swagger in the poll) vs. John Cena, which ended as a no contest in one of, if not the, greatest Raw endings of all time as the Nexus formed, laying out both heel Punk and face Cena and absolutely destroying the ringside area and crew to a genuinely stunned crowd.
Just a perfect segment with zero sense it was coming based on the pretty terrible episode ahead of it, and I'll always wonder if the voting was legit and they expected Rey to win so the Nexus would be taking out two faces instead of them destroying heels and faces together, which really added to the mystique and audience shock. Cena looking stunned as the heels all get taken out and then deciding to go down fighting against the whole Nexus crew is one of his coolest face moments. And Punk - in one of his most scumbag heel personas - crawling back into the ring to try to help pure babyface Cena from the assault - is one of those magic moments that made it stand out as something potentially incredible.

In a span of about an hour, WrestleMania 13 had arguably the greatest match in WrestleMania history up to that time (the Submission Match) and arguably the worst main event in WrestleMania history up to that time (Undertaker vs. Sid).
Also, WrestleMania I is an objectively bad show - there's not one match on the card that's memorable, impressive, or relevant to this day - but it's still the most important wrestling show ever. It's the classic example of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts.

It's just WrestleMania 13 was overall mediocre outside of Bret and Austin. It's the same for WrestleMania 27 save for Triple H and the Undertaker.

SummerSlam 2016: John Cena and AJ Styles put on a classic. And then, Brock Lesnar nearly kills Randy Orton because they didn’t want Orton to blade.

Great topic.
I'll put forward King of the Ring 2000. One of the most solid pay-per-views of the era. Angle wins the tournament, of course. Amazing tournament matches, including Angle vs. Jericho, Eddie vs. Venis and Venis vs. Rikishi. Red-hot main event with Kane, Taker and Rock against Vince, Shane and HHH. Fun fatal 4-way with the Hardyz, E&C, Too Cool and T&A. Big night for the Dudleyz.
But the show had one of the most ghastly blemishes of all time: the Patterson-Brisco evening gown match.

Bash at the Beach 1996. Had a classic opener with Rey vs Psicosis, Disco Inferno having his best match against Dean Malenko, and of course, Hogan being revealed as the NWO's third man. We also had the pole match with John Tenta vs Big Bubba.

Halloween Havoc 91 beginning with a terrible Chamber of Horrors match, but ending with Lex Luger vs Ron Simmons for the World Title.

Halloween Havoc 1997. Eddie and Rey put on what is rightfully regarded as one of WCW’s greatest ever matches on the same night as the infamous Age In the Cage between Hogan and Piper.

WrestleMania 30:
Arguably the quietest and most stunned reaction to a match in Mania history after Brock ends The Streak followed by arguably the loudest, most excited reaction to a match in Mania history after Daniel Bryan submits Batista in the main event.

Royal Rumble 2003 WWE Title: Benoit v Angle in a classic World Title: Scott Steiner v HHH in a dud.Why did that need to go 17 minutes? A combination of HHH’s ego and desire to expose Steiner in a long match. Did the same shit to Goldberg. We know from his booking that he understands how to present people like them…so it was a pure case of protecting his spot by humbling newcomers he perceived as a threat.

Wrestlemania 3 had Hulk Hogan vs. Andre The Giant as well as Randy Savage vs. Ricky Steamboat for the WWF and IC titles respectively. And then there was the six man midget tag team match featuring King Kong Bundy and Hillbilly Jim(on opposing teams) teaming with little people. It was also a huge fall from grace for Bundy since he main evented the previous year against Hulk Hogan.
