Agreed, no way they would let him get this hot if he's leaving. I don’t know about that. Remember when Punk got white hot as his contract was expiring? As I understand it, he signed his new contract the day of his match with Cena. Sure, they could have been certain that the deal was going to get done, but it hade’t yet as they let him heat himself up. With Punk they had to risk it though. Worst case scenario is he would of lost to Cena

I need stickers of Drew, pointing and laughing, to put on everything in my house with a carb in it. Only the power of his hate will set everything straight.

Drew is going to Wrestlemania! He prayed for this and it happened. What an inspirational story.

Really looking forward to Drew giving Rollins the Old Yeller treatment AT Wrestlemania.

To further stick it to Punk Drew should point out how just a matter of weeks ago it looked like Punk was about to be in his 2nd Wrestlemania world title match, to go level with Drew, but now Punk is still stuck on 1 and Drew is about to have his 3rd.
I feel like the only way he should lose this match is if he hasn't re-signed yet. Although if he hasn't re-signed I don't think I'd have given him the world title match in the first place. I'd probably just have had him put over Sami in a grudge match and let Seth face someone else. If he's sticking around though my hope is he beats Seth then drops the title to Sami 2-4 months later.

I definitely think what they should do at this juncture is have Drew win then lose the belt to Sami at Money in the Bank, but I'm guessing Seth's retaining.

Drew deserves a WM "world" title win with fans in attendance. Unfortunately he's facing Rollins, so Seth on one leg probably still wins.

As much as he's killing it, a part of me wonders just how much of a hater he could become if he wins the title and immediately gets cashed in on.

I actually think that'd be an amazing way to take the character. Have him win the belt, have him start off Raw with a shit-eating grin, only to suddenly run into the problem that he spent months antagonizing Judgment Day for basically no reason and has no allies to bail him out. It'd be a good comeuppance.

It'd be a good comeuppance. Not just that, but I think it needs to be Jey that cashes in on him, since Jey is the one who started Drew down this path to begin with. Yeah, Damien can work too, but it being Jey would be more thematically karmic.

I'm guessing Drew wins if he re-signs with the company. If he doesn't then hey, he's takes that L.

Cult of Personality plays during the WM match not only popping the crowd but distracting Drew so he walks into a pedigree and stomp. Seth gets cashed in on by Priest the Raw after and then after a break to recharge the batteries turns heel and chases Cody's belt. As for Mcintyre if he stays with the company I can see him feuding with Punk much like how Austin had some of the best bits of his feuds with Bret and Pillman when his opponents were injured. Perhaps Sami joins forces with Punk and acts as a stand-in before Punk is ready to return at Survivor Series for the payoff.
