We are equating him to a man who killed his family now? Yes. Yes, we are. In many quarters, rapists and molesters are on par with even child murderers. Lesnar was one of those overpowered, overdominant, bullying types who got away with just about anything he wanted. With the allegations, _every_ aspect of his life is now under the microscope, including his relationship with Sable. He was an interruption to whatever creative good might have been allowed to shine. And now he's in the hatch with Vince. I don't think we need to talk about him anymore, do you? We? Speak for yourself buddy. Im a Brock fan but I haven't defended Brock once on this forum since this stuff come out but I'm not about to permanently throw him under the bus, Benoit style, until I actually know what he did.

Brock's obviously one of the most gifted athletes to ever do this, but I feel he's closer to being overrated than underrated. Too many half assed performances IMO. 2016 was a real chore to be a Brock fan. He sucked that year.

Brock was a beast in his initial run, but there were many better and more entertaining than him at the time. Which, of course, he was only just in the business. Then as for his return, I still think his match with Cena at Extreme Rules is one of the best matches I've ever seen. After that his run quickly became 'meh'. For me at least.

speaking solely on all the in-ring and promo stuff, i do think his first run is underrated. super duper underrated, he had some of the most fun matches during what was a real fun era of wrestling even if the ratings were starting to tank.
after that though? i hated seeing him on tv, i hated having him hold the title/title scene hostage and when he finally went away a lot of my enjoyment for wwe came back.
outside of the ring from what is out there, yeah very unhappy. reading the entire complaint, i don't hold any desire to see him again even if he magically went back to OG Lesnar who was beyond awesome.

I agree with Magnus when they said earlier that the highs were great, but the lows were really boring. His character work as a face before the Cody feud may have been the most I've ever enjoyed him, though. I never knew he had that in him.

The only thing that stopped him being a rapist was snow and whisky dick. Throw the whole man under not just a bus, but a damn freight train. In other words I'm more than happy to treat him like Benoit. He deserves nothing better. Sorry you're a fan of a shit human being. Rationalise it to yourself however you like.

Whatever the merits of his career are, let's be real, Heyman is rating him like he did because Brock makes him money, and nothing more.

A long time ago, a thread on here asked if Punk was overrated or underrated. A lot of people, myself included, thought it was a lil bit of column A, lil bit of column B. Think the same applies to Bork. I see both arguments.

I think that Supplex City while great at the time was the worst thing that happened to him. After that it felt like he was coasting on just doing supplexs. He had some good matches after that especially the one vs AJ Styles but most were just one move spams. He had a great look and was an intimidating presence but was not a great promo. I think he was a good wrestler but he was not an all time great to me. He will not be remembered in the way Cena, Reigns, Rock, Austin, Hogan or Flair are or will be.

NGL, if someone isn't on my screen, I kinda forget they were even around. I legit forgot Brock existed until seeing this thread title.

Heyman is the type of fellow that thinks he can sell a bridge to an Eskimo. Or something. Lesnar is just fine where he's grouped. Hella talented, more than a serviceable top card talent, but not top top tier. That's reserved for people who made a big and unique impact to the industry. Like everyone kevin just mentioned actually, as well as Thesz, Bruno, Andre & maybe a few others.

He's marquee main event in any arena and has been for well over a decade. He's also a guy nonfans are impressed by, which goes a long long way. At the very least rating him as "more than serviceable top card talent" is underrating. That's something I'd say about a Seth Rollins. imo ofc

We are equating him to a man who killed his family now? Murder and sexual exploitation are both over the "f*** you, get in the memory hole" line. I don't give a shit who is worse, they're both beyond the point where it matters. See also: Serena Deeb's scumbag husband. EDIT: she was married to Marty Scurll, right?
