Raiders Of The Lost Ark - A fun film from a time when Harrison Ford was da man. Great action, great script and hell of an ending to the bad guys near the end.

We're gonna need a bigger boat. Jaws was just truly awesome. I still fear the ocean because of it.

I voted for "Raiders", but "Jaws", "Close Encounters" and "ET" are very high up in my book. I also loved "1941" in a car-crash-kind of sense.

Jeez, Spielberg sucks. I guess will go with Hook. He should have directed something like Legend so it'd be easier to choose from.

This question is like asking which of my nads I'd like to keep. It's simply too hard.
Spielberg rules.

Tough to choose, but i'll go for Jaws, although my child side says Jurassic Park.

Spielberg largely sucks, but Duel and Color Purple were two good (great, really) movies. I voted for Color Purple. Any movie that actually features a believable dramatic performance from not only Oprah but Whoopi by-gawd Goldberg deserves some major props.

Raiders of the Lost Ark, it's one of those movies which will always have a special place in my heart. With E.T. being a close second.
...and no Raiders isn't my favorite because of the Nazi face melting scene.... though it did help.

I went with Jurassic Park, but it's a tough call. I like Close Encounters, A.I., Jaws and a few others a lot as well.

Oh Schindler's List...Spielberg's attempt to slap a happy face on the Holocaust. As the late, great Stanley Kubrick put it: "Schindler's List is a story of a thousand people who survived. The Holocaust is a story of six million who died." It's nice to show props to Oskar Schindler for his heroics. It's outright silly to try and use his story to put a positive spin on the Holocaust, which is pretty plainly what Spielbergo tried to do. It comes off so false. There are far better films about the Holocaust out there. Alain Resnais' Night & Fog, for example. i would argue....but i just noticed the quote in your sig. so all is forgiven
