Fixed: 6 games in division. 4 games from a specific division inside your conference 2 games that were on the same level the year before in another division outside of the specific division. 4 games out of conference its 6-3-3-4. Its the exact same thing I said dude. If you are number 4 you play all the number 4s,plus the rest of a divison. If you are number 1 you play 3 other number ones, plus the rest of another division There's no difference at all between the 6-4-2-4 and 6-3-3-4. It works out exactly the same.

each other 1 game? 31 for each team. Is there just the one tournament, league, season (whatever you call it) which ends with the Superbowl, or is there other smaller tournaments that are played through the season aswell? Like The Premiership is the main league in English football, but we also have the FA Cup and League Cups (Which involve every team in all the leagues from Manchester United right down to Worksop) plus european matches. There's just one set of playoffs. The two NFL Conferences have a 6-team playoffs comprised of each Conference's 4 division winners and the 2 best remaining teams (the 2 best division winners get a bye to the 2nd round) and the 2 conference champions then play in the Super Bowl.

From there a playoff schedule is made and it's single elimination all the way to the Super Bowl.

There a clip on youtube of this? Theres some of him here, he's #85 with the Orange Jersey. Theres also a bunch of other guys showing some satisfaction scoring. youtube.com/watch?v=VW2D8o7zq8cAw man, they left out some of the best. Where's the Ickey Shuffle? Where's TO dancing with the cheerleaders pom-poms? Where's Chad getting that orange letter asking the NFL not to fine him anymore? Oh well, at least it had the Joe Horn cellphone. That was awesome. As for Giants/Dolphins being at England this Sunday, I hope that ends in a tie. As a Jet fan, I don't want to see the Giants winning or the Dolphins tying for the bottom of the division. Unless of course Jets actually beats Buffalo 3 hours later, then I'm all for the Dolphins winning.

I'm going to the game - such a shame they had to put Liverpool/Arsenal on at the same time.
For those who mock 0-0 draws, I suggest you search for the greatest 0-0 of all time, Arsenal Vs Real Madrid from 2006. See-saw action at both ends, with both teams looking like scoring, but both defenses holding out. Albeit Real Madrid needed it more, because Arsenal had won the first leg 1-0 in Madrid.

Technically you get a trophy for winning your conference championship, but really, does anyone brag about having one of those? Bragging about winning a conference title is another way of saying you lost the Super Bowl.

So end of the day there's only one trophy that an American Football team can win each season? In the collegiate ranks, you can win conference titles and bowl games (similar to the charity shield).

Bowl games are a total joke now a days. Basically all you need to do is get a winning record and you play in a bowl game.

Like Rutgers coming to Houston last bowl season, The only real reason that bowl games still exist, though, is because of the money that comes with sponsorships. That's why they keep adding more bowl games seemingly every year, and that's why they refuse to go to a tournament.
