wow that's something I wouldn't pick up upon. I don't know why fans would be mad that WWE would re-edit something just to put hogan more over in the past. doesn't seem all that bad to me but whatever.

what's that from, I mean it does have a WWE logo, so it's not like it's the original airing, did they take the hogan friendlyness off of the new DVD's?

Hogan seemed weird.
I'm watching some old tapes of Hogan, and Hogan rakes the eyes, and does back rakes and all that stuff. And I'm thinking, man, Hogan cheats a lot. And even this, like, Sid eliminated Hogan because it was the Royal Rumble. Flair was the weaker of the two, Hogan was in a vulnerable position, so get rid of him, then get rid of Flair who was spent. But Hogan acted like a sore loser and helped get Justice eliminated. Didn't really make sense. I mean, that made Hogan look like a crybaby.

I agree even as a child I always hated Hogan because he was suppose to be a good guy but cheated more then alot of the heels...I was the biggest Hitman mark because he was a stand up guy...

I can't stand Hogan and I have no idea how he was so over... apparently he wasn't.
Sid was the most bad ass force in the early 90s. I love that guy.

This could've been from the Flair Anthology.

Hogan was on top for a long time and was just getting stale then. I was not surprised when he started to get a more mixed reaction from fans. I say this as a Hogan mark. Having him win that Royal Rumble would have been pointless and predictable as he had won the previous two Rumbles anyway. Would liked to have seen a big Hogan/Flair feud back in 1992 but it never really came to anything.

That was great moment, that was some pop Sid got for eliminating Hogan. I think that's when I started to like Sid.

I agree with the Hogan sentiment that even in kayfabe he was the biggest baby. Watch any battle royal where Hogan gets eliminated and he cries like a bitch every time.

Y'know... It was with everything... When Hogan didn't get his way, he'd bitch and bitch and bitch. But then, he'd cheat, and I remember him beating the Undertaker for the title by cheating, which led to Flair's reign. Hogan was old hat in 1992. I think Sid got screwed out of a good face run (Even though we know the guy could be an ass backstage... See: Arn Anderson incident).
The fact that Hogan can't put someone over without getting revenge or bitching really speaks to the fact that the guy is a political scum.

Actually he put over Angle, Goldberg, Yokozuna and Lesnar without getting revenge. Shawn Michaels sounds more like that to me.

As for where it's from, The Anthology is all I can think of right now, the one on Flair's DVD ends just before their face-off, and from what I remember (I have The Anthology) it isn't edited
