I was reading about how the first violation is a 30 day suspension, 2nd violation is 60 days, and the third is being fired! So basically if some of those names are some that are suspended, would it be possible that a BIG name could be fired? Wouldnt this be Orton's 2nd violation, or maybe his 3rd?
Do you think if it was someone 3rd violation in the wellness poilcy, under the "policy" they say they should be fired. Could you see them firing Orton when so much time has been invested into building him up with this feud with Cena?
No matter what, I definitly see 1 or two of those being suspended being fired and some!
Do you think they would fire one of their main event stars if it was indeed their 3rd violation? I mean their roster is VERY weak as it is!

It's a possibility, but a very slim one.
I just can't see WWE letting go of a main-event talent, unless things get really bad. Like they did with Kurt Angle last year. There's always a thought in the back of their minds that presumes that the released performer will go to TNA, and this would only increase their starpower.

IIRC, Orton is supposed to be on "last-chance" notice.

I thought the striking system was strictly for the wellness policy. I may be wrong, but if thats the case when else did Orton get suspended for violating the policy? Last i knew punted a Hotel Room in the head.

Well i heard something about him fialing the wellness policy sometime in the past? So Novemeber 1 when we find out who has failed the policy, does that mean that every single person who has failed it since they implemented it will be public knowledge? Or just the 10 people recently?

No way.Not as long as WWE is regulating itself.Almost every ex-wwe guy who was interveiwed post-benoit echoed the "WWE wont take it's top stars out" sentiment, and I agree with them. They're probably fire a few guys to make an example, but it's pretty safe to say the entire upper midcard is safe.

So Novemeber 1 when we find out who has failed the policy, does that mean that every single person who has failed it since they implemented it will be public knowledge? Or just the 10 people recently? No. What it says is that as of November 1st, whenever someone is suspended, his/her name is reveiled. And with Randy Orton, I think he was suspended for something last year, and if (a big if) he's on this list, he would be gone for 60 days. However, if Chris Masters was to fail, I'm not sure what the case would be with him. Because last time around, he was sent to rehab, so I guess that would be his first strike as he would be caught. His name was mentioned about being part of this drug pipeline I guess, but also, it maybe old perscriptions too, so that may be old news for him. I guess I'm hoping its not Masters, because the guy went through rehad to get help, and I don't want him falling off the wagon again.

I doubt they'll fire anyone for something retroactively.

ah rehab is basically a joke. It can be good for people who really want help, but from personal experiance, its just a way for someone to get out of something more severe. The moment they are out, for the most part its back to what got them there!

orton was definitely suspended under the drug program before, that was back when kurt angle "broke" orton's leg so they could take him off TV before he came back (a little earlier than 30 days I think) to feud with Kurt when Kurt first moved to ecw.

All I know is if I need to take roids, I'm going to take them before I step foot into OVW.

I think they'd have no other option but to fire them. It might be out of their hands.

im still amazed Cena's name hasnt been mentioned! There is NO WAY he hasnt taken anything illegal. IMO he has the biggest arms, most mass and overall is just a shithouse! His forearms are HUGE.
I have a feeling Cena's time will be coming very soon though.

Firing would be bad. Say they were to fire Orton, then TNA picks him up. Say that cycle continues...then TNA has Angle, Joe, Christian, AJ, Orton, Kennedy, Umaga and WWE has Cena, Hunter and new to the Main Event: Kenny! Yeah, WWE would die quick.

Cena said two or three guys already have been fired from violating the wellness policy three times. I'm pretty sure one is Joey Mercury, who's the other(s)?

I doubt hes on anything, simply because hes the top guy, so any investigation into roids is going to try to find dirt on him first, like hogan back in the early 90s

If they get fired, they could always come back as Mr. America.

yeah he was a bodybuilder, but wasnt Batista one to, also Masters? Obviously he WAS on something and if hes been clean since he entered the WWE, then wouldnt he of shrunk? Look at him now compared to when he first came into the WWE.
