this year more than ever I've been more convinced that coaching matters more much than I thought somehow the Raiders regressed significantly this season after stupidly hiring Josh McDaniels, despite trading for all world WR Davante Adams and on the other end of the spectrum, the Panthers really turned things around after getting rid of Matt Rhule, hiring Steve Wilkes AFTER trading argulably the best RB in the league (when healthy) in Christian McCaffrey The McCaffrey thing is strange, similar with the Lions getting better after trading T.J Hockenson.

Gianluca Vialli has died at the age of 58. He had recently stepped down from his role with the Italian national team. Most people in Ireland and the UK will remember him for his time as a player and manager of Chelsea. Terrible news, he was part of an Amazing Juventus team in the mid 1990s under Marcelo Lippi with players such as Del Piero & Ravanelli.

R.I.P, I really only know him from The Terminator series. His small appearance in T3 is the highlight of a mediocre film for me.

The 1990s Australian sitcom "Hey Dad" was about a mild mannered Architect who worked from home & his family. The plot of the final episode revolved around the family being held hostage with a bomb in a VHS tape. Once the siege ended everyone forgot about the bomb in the VCR counting down . The last scene was the main character screaming as the timer hit zero.

The refs who officiated that game still haven't seen it. NFL officiating has hit the point of it's so bad it looks rigged, a ref telling Terry McLaurin he's good on his lineup then flagging him for how he's lined up taking away a TD is about as bad as it gets. Even as a Giants fan that pissed me off. They flag BS like that but miss so many clear calls for things like P.I.

Season 12 episode "Bombshell"
A couple (played by Rose McGowan & Ryan Hirst) meet rich couples at sex clubs & scam them out of money. Plot revolved around said rich guy getting stabbed in his gentleman's sausage. Later on it is revealed that the crime duo are actually twins. Was a completely unnecessary plot point that added or changed nothing about the episode. Purely there for shock value.

Would not be against him having a short run with either the TNT or All Atlantic title before he hangs up the boots.

Vengeance 2005 took place after Raw drafted WWE champion John Cena, but before World Heavyweight Champion Batista went to Smackdown, so it was one of the few times both titles were defended on a B-level PPV at a time brand boundaries were pretty rigid, and one of those title matches was Hell in a Cell to boot. Came in here to post this too. This show also had the rematch from Wrestlemania between HBK & Angle & early heel MITB holder Edge vs Kane

I think he’ll be a career nominee, and then get one of those honorary lifetime achievement Oscars. That award should be named the Peter O'Toole Award

Jerry Jones or Roger Goodell is gonna put a hit out on Snyder at this rate. why not both of them? I'm picturing 31 owners & Goodell lining up & stabbing him in the gut like Jon Snow on Game of Thrones. "For the League" STAB!

Giants have as many wins in 5 weeks as they did all last season. Pretty favorable schedule too, Jaguars, Seahawks, Texans, Commanders twice, Lions & Colts are all potentially winnable games I believe.

Without trying to upset people all i am going to say is Queen Elizabeth had a personal fortune of over US$500 million, the royal family as a whole has an estimated worth of over US$28 billion.
The British government will spend millions on the funeral & other memorials yet each winter in Britian there are over 25,000 preventable deaths due to people (mainly pensioners) being unable to afford to adequately heat their homes.

I got a total of one prediction correct last season but here we go again.
1. Liverpool - I think they will hit the ground running & build a lead by the time of the WC break. 2. Man City - Will take time to gel with Haaland, a bit of a slow start but will be very strong back half of the season. 3. Chelsea - The signings will help them close the gap but will still be a bit further behind the top 2 4. Spurs - Look good to finish top 4 with the squad they have. 5. Arsenal - The Arteta project is promising, give them another 12 months & they will be a Champion's League team. 6. Newcastle - Saudi money starting to show rewards. 7. Man Utd - I can't see them improving yet. Maybe they will in 12 months. 8. West Ham - More of the same from them. Going to be a difficult team to beat again. 9. Palace - I doubted Viera but he is getting results. 10. Wolves - Will be super strong defensively again, but will struggle to score. 11. Leicester - Not sure if Rodgers can get any more out of them. 12. Brighton - Another season of safety. 13. Southampton - They will play an attractive style, games will be fun to watch. 14. Villa - Mid table security, I don't know why but I see a good cup run for them. 15. Leeds - Jesse Marsch looks like he has the making of a quality manager. 16. Forest - Steve Cooper has them humming along. Have added good players too. 17. Brentford - Will just about do enough again. 18. Bournemouth - Not convinced they have the squad to survive. 19. Everton - The "escape" hides the fact they were worse after sacking Benitez. Sold the best player they had. Will go down. 20. Fulham - Yoyo back down again.
FA Cup: Newcastle League Cup: Man City Champions League: Man City World Cup: Argentina Serie A: Roma La Liga: Barcelona Bundesliga: er Bayern Ligue 1: PSG
