I was working with my dad and he went to get lumber for the job we were at. The wife of the household (the couple was friends of my parents) came home and said 2 planes had hit the World Trade Center. We then watch all the events unfold on tv for the rest of the day.

Mine is:
Get up just before 6 and take the dog out (have been doing that for just over about 5 weeks now because it's a new dog we have for that long), then go back to bed, grabbing the paper on the way back in if it came yet.
Get up at 7:40, go down starts, feed the dog, get my breakfast, and get the paper if it hadn't came when I had the dog out.
Take care of business in the bathroom (IE brush my teeth).
Go eat my breakfast and watch TV for awhile.
Change from my sleeping clothes to my work clothes and head of to work.
On days off:
Get up and take dog out about the same time (which is going to stink in the winter).
Go back to bed, and the dog wakes me up around 8:30, which sucks because I want to sleep more and he won't leave alone.

I like yards sales because who couldn't use more land. I like garage sales becuase the extra storage space is nice. I don't like Porches sales because I don't need that many porches, plus they might clash with the style of the house.

Or on Boy Meets World where the daughter returns from the longest time out ever? I think they make a joke about that. That and when they bring in Mingis back in for a cameo when they were in High School, and he "talks" to one teacher (I forget his name), and Cory mentions how they never go to that part of they school.

There's been quite a few malls that have died in the Albany area. The that comes to mind is Northway Mall. My Mom loved going there to go to Woolworth's, causing me to watch its slow demise. The property now houses a Target, Staples, and a few others. Where was Northway Mall?

lol. Seems to be the mentality. Up here, we separate the state into like several regions. Only one I know of is the Capital District, because that's where one of my exes was from originally. Then there's Central NY, the Adirondacks, Then there's the top section which I think is called the North Country.

There was one in Amsterdam NY that died. I use to go to that one for quite abit, but it started to die out. The last big thing that was there was a movie theater but then that went out, and now there's only small things in there. But I don't even know what's there now a days.

I went to college up in Plattsburgh and when I was a freshmen, there was a "North" and "South" mall (I forget the name of it). The South one was on it's way out though because there was hardly stores in the mall in it. Then during my time up there, the south one was closed, torn down, and there was Lowe's built in it's place. I thought it was odd because the South was on the main drag, while the North was off a little ways.
The malls that I went to as a kid are still going, but I do miss the department store that was in my town. It was called AMES (which made for some interesting stores considering there is a small village of Ames that was about 10 miles away which had a small general store which my grandmother ran, and people would come there, mixing the 2 stores up.), and they went out of business around 2000.

I stop at the EBgames, Gamestop, FYE (though I don't buy things there because they're kind of expensive on most stuff), and Best Buy.

I thought it was a good dvd, but I agree that it was too short. It needed to be longer, and it seems like they just kind of touch on various topics. It would of been nicer if they went more indepth on some of the stuff.
