Yes
Let's start up a push big enough to keep Swagger employed into the new year so he can break the Royal Rumble record for most appearances without an elimination.
Jinder Mahal, your jobber sacrifice is appreciated.

Gall saw how every single preview clip of Punk was that slow, dawdling 1-2 combo, and instantly shot for the takedown in fear of his life.

Werdum is saying his foot was fractured the entire time.
Talk about burying Browne.

In terms of UFC freak show slash gimmick fighters, is Punk a better or worse get than "Lights Out" James Toney?
Punk is the "Pro wrestling vs. MMA!" 38 year old rookie No actual fights of any kind. Plenty of stiff pro wrestling matches. Nearly 20 years of pro wrestling. Fought an up-and-coming prospect (Mickey Gall) Was instantly taken down and submitted in the first round Immediately released following the loss.
Toney is the "Boxing vs. MMA!" 42 year old MMA rookie Multi-year boxing career. No wrestling experience. More than 20 years of boxing (72-6-3 at the time) Fought a legitimate MMA Legend (Randy Couture) Was instantly taken down and submitted in the first round Immediately released following the loss.

So to recap the pro wrestle-y stuff I saw tonight:
Bethe Correia beats hometown girl on a losing streak Jessica Eye, celebrates before the decision, drawing ire. After she's awarded the win, she ignores Eye and rides on her coach's shoulders before cutting a promo claiming Eye was afraid of her the entire time. She then made a heart symbol with her hands to a chorus of boos. Heelness defined.
Jéssica Andrade beats Joanne Calderwood and celebrates by climbing the cage and making the same heart symbol that Correia used earlier. Stable confirmed.
Gall squashes the debuting CM Punk who appears to have the Mikey Whipwreck gimmick.
Fabrico Werdum gets out to a quick start on Travis Browne. Browne slows down the action by cheating and doing something that would typically end a fight, but the referee is tricked. Browne tries to sneak in offense but Werdum is the babyface and shines the entire fight. Afterwards, Browne's corner coach/manager Edmond "The Brain" Tarverdyan runs his mouth and The Immortal Werdum throws up the big boot.
In the main event, the champion Miocic's shine is cut off by the challenger Overeem who locks in a rest hold. Miocic powers out of the hold to the crowd's approval and chases his opponent, literally as Overeem draws heat for run and gun tactics. They go back and forth with hard shots before Miocic hits his finish for an obviously clean win. However, to keep his heat, Overeem claims that Miocic tapped to his headlock and when proof is shown to him otherwise, he continues to claim it.
And don't get me started on all the promos...daggone
I'm very interested to see what happens next wee...oh...never mind.

Before he tried to fight through the arms, Miocic's hand waves. I guess I could see that.
I love the heelness of this stupid night, though.

What did I miss post fight? I went to get a drink. Browne's corner coach Tarverdyan was berating Werdum, so Werdum kicked him in the chest. Everyone lost their mind, security got the teams out of the octagon.
