What's ironic about Undertaker's debut at Survivor Series and then his last match being 18 years later at One Night Stand? I think Cole was doing crack before the show, he's saying dumber stuff than usual. At least he didn't say that it would be "Machiavellian-like" for Taker's last match to be at ONS.

Didn't Sharmell actually come up with the King Booker character, not WWE creative? Or am I imagining that? Either way, like others have said ... the gimmick wasn't why he left WWE.

I always thought Mike Kruel was really bland. But why Jay Bradley and Colt Cabana haven't been called up yet is a mystery. These two, plus Sinn Bowdee, are CONSTANTLY the guys I'm always hoping and praying will get called up. Shawn Spears is the guy I've been waiting to see get called up. I like the three guys you named as well though.

Except for his title run, Cody Rhodes hasn't been doing a lot, Carlito and Jesse's family ties has only been mentioned once or twice, Natalya is Victoria's sidekick. The only one who looks like their getting a push is Ted Dibiase Jr. What about Deuce, aka Jimmy Snuka Jr.? They've literally NEVER mentioned that one. Hell, he smurfing lost a match to Jimmy Snuka. Didn't D+D win that match?

Really interesting find, but again I'm not sure ratings = monetary gain after finding out that with progressively sliding ratings the WWE made more money than they did first quarter this time last year. It's still all very interesting however. I'm pretty sure that WWE also had both the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania listed in the same financial quarter this year, which is something they normally don't do, that inflated their first quarter earnings.

Only thing I notice here is that they get progressively lower, regardless of who the champ is. Indeed, which I do think is a sign that it isn't who has the strap, but the overall product. I've loved WWE this year, but it's obvious many haven't. When the draft comes they need to make things different. Not just toss MVP to Raw and Jericho to Smackdown different, but massive. Send someone in the HHH/HBK class to Smackdown. Shoot some combination of Batista/Taker/Edge to Raw. Send Orton to Smackdown to feud for the title. Move someone like Jeff Hardy or CM Punk to Smackdown and have them main eventing. Some things HAVE to change soon. People are started to get tired of the same old same old on both brands. I don't think just moving guys around will help long term though. I think if they don't shake it up creatively, people will realize that the names may have changed, but it's all still the same .... just different guys playing the roles. One thing I'd try to do is add more complexity and drama to the WWE title feuds. It seems like they've gotten into a pattern of just doing "This guy wants the title, this other guy has it, they'll wrestle a couple times in tag matches, then do a promo where they practice their angry glares at each other." Try to make things more personal, you've got guys with plenty of history with each other ... but it seems like they're just doing lazy, by the numbers feuds with no depth to the stories. One thing I liked about the Hardy vs. Orton feud is that it had the wrinkle added with Orton attacking Jeff's brother, and Jeff acting like an out of control maniac trying to take Orton out because of that. I think having more stuff like that in the title feuds could help .... memorable moments, doing stuff to create hatred between the guys on a personal level, and having them try to rip each other apart because of it. Just my opinion on the matter.

I'd say this seems more like NEWZ to be fair. It really does. All joking aside, has this really been substantiated yet? The guy must have been pretty confident in his story if he published it in a book. I admit I'm not sure exactly what the laws are, but if it wasn't true, I'd think that he'd be leaving himself open to some lawsuits. Not saying it definitely is, but I think it would be pretty stupid to publish that if he didn't have it on good record that it happened. It really does. All joking aside, has this really been substantiated yet? People seem to take it seriously because it's from some book. But it's hard to trust something as far-fetched as this. How is it far fetched? With all the seedy stuff and messed up people that have been in the wrestling industry over the years, something like this shouldn't be surprising at all if it's true.

I'm almost positive I read a few weeks ago that the tentative plan for Night of champions was to have the champions face each other in non title matches. I'm not the only one who saw this right? It had Triple H v. Undertaker v. Kane Jericho v. Matt Hardy Holly/Rhodes v. Miz/Morrison and it listed a ladder match for the women's title: Mickie v. Beth Of course this was weeks ago that I read this, and it was just a rumored idea at that point i think. Plus they already said kane would face whoever wins the Singapore cane match, so who knows. Yeah, that wrestlingnewsworld site which "reported" that stuff was full of crap, like I suspected they were at the time.

Gerweck's spoilers have a few differences:
SMACKDOWN
- Batista opens up the show and cuts a promo about his match on Sunday with Shawn Michaels. Vickie Guerrero comes out and tells Batista not to worry about Sunday because in four weeks if she has her way he won't even be on Smackdown anymore. She then tells him to get a partner because later on he will be in a tag match against Hawkins and Ryder.
(1) Matt Hardy d. Elijah Burke in about 5 minutes.
(2) Finlay d. Chuck Palumbo on a DQ.
- MVP was being interviewed backstage. Jamie Noble walked in and challenged him to a match and he accepted.
(3) CM Punk d. John Morrison in about 7 minutes with the GTS.
(4) MVP d. Jamie Noble in about 2 minutes.
(5) Vladimir Kozlov d. Shannon Moore in about 1 minute.
(6) Batista & Big Show d. Kurt Hawkins & Zach Ryder.
(7) Michelle McCool d. Maryse.
- Edge hosted the Cutting Edge with Undertaker as his guest. They set up the arena like a TLC match and hung the World Title belt from above the ring. Edge showed a video set to the Indiana Jones music of all his TLC wins. Undertaker comes out and gets jumped by Edge's crew. The wheel out a casket and put Undertaker inside of it. A drunk fan jumped the rail at this point and tried to attack the heels but security got him. The lights went out and when they came back on Undertaker and Edge were fighting on a ladder. Taker tossed Edge off the ladder and he went crashing through a table.
- There was supposed to be a dark match after the show which was announced at the start with Kane & Undertaker vs Chavo Guerrero Jr. & Edge but the match did not take place maybe due to the fan that jumped the rail.
