Triple H is a grown ass man, if he can’t handle the pressure, he shouldn’t be in the stage. It’s pretty clear no one is making him go up there, and he’d prefer just to get praised for doing his job rather than deal with actual press. Why are we treating him like he needs kid gloves?

But you see the problem is that Trips only wanted a blowjob.

Also worth noting most of these guys are just aggregators, they typically copy/paste other people's work and then more often than than not "forget" to properly source it. So yeah, to be fair we shouldn't expect useless f***sticks to produce anything of substance.
But now I'm also hearing the guy who asked Trips about the Gulak situation has been getting shit on by the PWI and Fightful for doing actual work. Media literacy is long dead in pro wrestling.

What were we talking about again?

What I keep seeing in this thread.... Now granted he dodges questions no worse than TK so I don't see the point in worrying about it... TK at least has some skills here. Trips seemingly has nothing, and really needs to take a course on how to do PR. IMO, the main problem on both ends are that 99% of the questions they get are complete ass. It's embarrassing to hear some of the "journalists" who get credentialed in who do nothing with their time but either kiss ass, or ask useless kayfabe questions.

Hot take, Mania 30 is a very mediocre show that starts strong and has a feel good finish. Just about everything in-between is pretty much trash.

Considering Punk/Pearce named dropped Cornette, Nash being weird towards Stings retirement and Eazy E being Eazy E it wouldn’t surprise me if they were getting a little “incentive” to trash AEW. Maybe, I also think trashing on AEW and being WWE positive drives more listeners and revenue at the moment. Though I do believe Cornette is being sincere in his criticism, and we know Punk has personal beef. But Bischoff is a total con artist, and you know he’d immediately change his tune if TK threw an offer his way.

So All In has to feature Ospreay in the biggest match, but that doesn't necessarily mean a world title match. I could see him beating Strong, and facing Okada in Wembley for both belts. AEW could stand to shed a couple of their belts, and the Continental and International seem to fit into the same box, so why not consolidate them like they did with the two six man belts?

I never need TK being an on-screen character, just putting that here.
That said, I am digging the rehab they're doing with Jack Perry.

Crazy to think that former junior ace Kushida is playing second stringer in the BOTSJ, yet his tag partner gets a slot.

Unless I missed it...ANYTHING with Roman from like 2015-2020? I’ve always wondered, would Roman backlash have been that terrible if Daniel Bryan stayed on the shelf in January 2015. I feel like it’s a bit revisionist to suggest that Roman wasn’t super over in 2013-2014z Him being over didn't necessarily mean those same fans wanted the entire shows built around him. I feel like the Daniel Bryan excuse was just that as a way to sidestep looking at the actual issues with Roman and his push at the time. For example, if they were using his reaction at the Rumble the prior year as a barometer that he was the guy to go with, that ignores the fact he was in there with Batista who was being vehemently rejected, and in all likelihood, almost anyone else in the same position would have been equally cheered over him.

Out of the listed, I'd go with either Okada or Page.
I'm sick of Cole and White, Ospreay needs to be a babyface, and I don't see it with the others right now.
Out of those unlisted, I still like Joe as the top heel, and I'd prefer he keep the belt longer. He's the best thing going in AEW right now.

Oh god...I can only imagine what'd he'd call the company. Real Alpha Pugnacious Entertainment.

The fact he worked in pro wrestling benefited him in that no one ever really took him seriously enough to look into him with any real zeal. See also: Ric Flair.
I think the main difference here is that by tying the company up into TKO, and becoming beholden to someone else with a lot more legitimacy, he couldn’t slink away and hide for a bit before returning like last time.

Taven was a pretty poor choice at the time, but I think he's been vindicated by history since then. Choosing not to put the belt on Scurll doesn’t mean they had to put it on Taven.

What is it with people who booked diabolical eras of ROH and bad podcasts criticising other people's booking? It’s an easy grift if you can get it.
