This is where you tell your favorite times the 'E has failed at trying to rewrite history with their somewhat-at-times-shitty editing.
Here's mine.
On the Liger/Pillman Superbrawl II match on the Pillman DVD, they edit out Jesse Ventura except for one line. And that one line is "Uh-oh". Maybe Vince was hoping fans thought it was Susan St. James or something.

On the Mick Foley Greatest Hits and Misses DVD release, go to the NHB match between Funk and Foley. When Austin comes out, do a frame-by-frame until they put up Stone Cold's name in the RAW frame. They forgot to "bleep" the "f".

Needs more contribution, I'll help. On the WM16 Anthology DVD, during the Rock's backstage promo the WWF scratch logo comes into plain sight numerous times.

On many segments in the Tombstone DVD, the opening segs to leadup the match, the WWF logo is visible MANY times.

I noticed that on both the Triple H:The Game DVD & HBK From the Vault DVD, they seem to say WWF a lot interchangeably with WWE.

That really doesn't count because the "can't say WWF" thing came into effect in 2004, and those DVDs were released in 2002 and 2003.

They left in all the cursing and F word signs from One Night Stand 2.

The Hogan/Slaughter WM7 match on the Hogan Anthology is really messed up. I had the PPV on tape from when it originally aired and don't remember anything weird happening like that. I wonder if something is wrong with the master tape.

Paul Heyman says something about the "WWF title" on the Wrestlemania X7 DVD during Rock/Austin.

Does it count how WWE used Gerald Brisco to try to imply that WCW never even came close to touching WWF/E ever?

On The History Of The WWE Championship DVD during The Rock vs. Triple-H vs. Kurt Angle, they missed it when at somepoint Lawler calls it The WWF Championship.

Dunno if this one counts... but in the original Coliseum release of WrestleMania IV it was a two video set. Now, the Andre-Hogan match cuts off in the end of the first tape and continues on the second tape.
Just a stupid editing botch/idea (I'm not sure which), imo.

Speaking of all this...sometimes during a PPV they lose the feed for a bit...what happens on the DVD? Does the lost feed stay in? Or do they just take the tape and put it in?

What about WWE piping in the boo's after Hogan was eliminated from the '92 rumble, when people were actually cheering his elimination? That must be on the Rumble anthology.

Got that DVD and thats true and also from that DVD during the Triple H/Cactus Jack Street Fight from the Royal Rumble theres the scratch logo on the steel doors in the entrance and when its far away its blurred but when they get closer to it its not blurred

Id be tempted to say that youd lose the feed on the dvd. This is only a assumption though based on the fact that when TV matches have a break and they are put on dvd, you miss part of the match.

Not really, on the WM11 live PPV broadcast, they lost the feed for a few seconds during Backlund/Bret and on the Coliseum Video release the match was there in its entirety as if nothing happened.
