This is real simple.
Who is the most powerful wrestler strength wise in the WWE?
I mean stuff like lifting weights, squats, dead poundage, etc.
Some items before you say who you think:
1: This is not a joke post. 2: Feel free to choose anyone who has ever worked for the WWE! 3: Please do not make Ken Patera/Ventura jokes.
My pick is easily Brock Lesnar the man in the WWE was insane in what he could lift!

My instant reaction in reading the post title was Brock. The man was a machine.
Goldberg gets an honourable mention, but Brock I feel was the most freakishly powerful ever to grace a WWE ring.

I would guess Cena has to be up there. He's not quite as massive as some, but the dude certainly has some powerful legs along with great genetics.

Mark Henry, you can't argue with a man who legit held the title of "Worlds Strongest Man"

Mark Henry placed 10th in an olympic competition back in 1992, doesn't mean he's the strongest man in the WWE 15 years later.

I don't believe he ever won a "world's strongest man" competition either, the WWE just started calling him that. Yes he did # Weightlifting * Olympic Games team member (1992, 1996) * Pan American Games Silver Medalist (1995) * Senior American record holder in Snatch, Clean and jerk, and Total (1993-1997) * Senior National Championship (1993, 1994, 1996) # Powerlifting * All time world raw (unequipped) squat world record holder (430 Kilograms)[9] # Strongman * Arnold Classic Strongest Man (2002) * First person to clean and press the inch dumbbell, 175 pounds plus, putting the bell overhead using only his right hand.

Ah, so he won a world's strongest man competition 6 years after WWE started calling him that then. =P Heh of course it does mean he's still in tough shape now though, which is the point of the thread.

Someone said Cena. Cena is powerful, but we have seen him lift big show just as brock lesnar did before him.
BUT
Lesnar if you look back clearly manhandled Big Show without showing a hint of strain, compared to Cena who got show up but you could see he was fighting for it. Show even said in an interview that Lesnar was the strongest SOB he has ever seen ( or something to that effect )

Mark Henry is NOT the worlds strongest man! Henry might be able to lift Big Show, but no way he could put him on his shoulders and do the F-5. Why? I think Henry's knees would give out, since he is a huge man himself. I think most of you are drinking the kool aid when it comes to henry - most of his power is a gimmick!

So winning legit strong man competitions is a gimmick?

This is a gimmick: This is not: The abilities of his strength now compared to when he was younger and still actively competing may not represent what he his currently capable of, but he is still legitimately incredibly strong and that is no gimmick.

Didn't Mark Henry legit injure Batista with a simple Irish Whip? The man is so strong, he LITERALLY doesn't know his own strength.
