That Lesnar video means nothing. Henry was 400 pounds then at the most. lesnar was aroudn 280, so it's not much of a feat. Henry deadifting nearly 1000 pounds is certainly a feat- it's 2 1/2 times his own weight.

DUDES - check the Brock vs Henry video a few posts up. Watch the OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY suplex by brock on henry. It's perfect. Remember it's not Mysterio taking the move, it was Henry! Then watch the F-5. Carefully. Lesnar not only gets him up, but if you look carefully he lifts him then pushes him into the air a few inches right onto his shoulder. He does not strain to lift him - it's more like he threw Henry up in the air and he landed on lensnars shoulders for the F5. No contest - Brock is the strongest man. I like how you keep going on about Brock when your theories have been debunked already

I pick Brock Lesnar, just because of how he manhandled Hogan, Show, and Taker the way he did. Also, have you seen that dude work out? It's insanity! I don't think one can totally guage how strong someone is by how they manhandle opponents in a scripted match. With that said I like Lesnar and he is a powerful guy. Maybe in the top ten most powerful guys to ever grace the WWE ring. But I think everyone forgets what Goldberg did to the Big Show which was brought up earlier. It is leaps and bounds harder to jackhammer a guy the size anf height of the Big Show than it is to F-5 him. And isn't the F-5 sort of made up of a firemans carry in part which is designed to help someone liftup a heavy person easier anyway? What Goldberg did to the Big Show was more impressive. My picks would be either Henry or Khali. But the strongest pond for pound big guy that I have seen is Lex Luger although he is not an internet favorite.

It's hard to compare Henry vs. Lesnar due to their different backgrounds and the training that requires.
Henry was a power-lifter so most of his training consists of low rep heavy weights in the gym and doing exercises you would see in a strongman contest.
Lesnar on the other hand has an amateur wrestling background, which means he trained doing more bodyweight exercises and plyometrics at high repetitions.
As far as lifting pure dead weight: Henry wins. However as far as explosiveness and moving around a live human being (scripted or not) the nod goes to Lesnar.

Henry was billed at 353 in that video, which means he was probably 330ish then taking into account artificial inflation. Combine that with the fact that the receiver does probably half the work in a bell-to-belly suplex, and it wasn't that impressive.

This threads responses are laughable.
And in response to fireman's carrying someone like Show or Khali, that's not really that impressive. It's simply a half squat (since the other guy is jumping with you). There's guys at my gym who can squat more than the weight of Khali or Show, and you only have to do one rep. I mean, it takes strength but nothing impossible.
And to answer the question, Mark Henry.

has anybody mentioned mark henry yet No, but we are all thinking it's gonna be Hulk Hogan. He once body slammed a monster truck off the side of a building.

This isn't "evidence" since it's wwe produced. However, I was watching Lesnar's first MMA fight and it came up, thought I would link it for nostalgia value: www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTczMKtmvdQ
