Gerweck.net
Kind of a crappy reason to fine someone.
I wonder what the reaction to Shamrock would've been?

That is a weak reason to fine somebody. I mean, is that even legal??? I have a huge picture of myself with a sign that says "F*** Arby's" on my myspace. I remember when I went to work after that picture was taken they were like "Why do you think that" and such. Still, not like I was docked pay or fired or anything like that.

Actually, there was a company that fired a worker for having a "risky" joke on their myspace page. So it's happened before...

Gimmie a break. Start thinking of it at TNAs point of view
Konnan just left the company on bad terms and Homicide decides to praise him
Stupid move by Homicide.
Seriously, I like the guy but just because you like him does not mean you get to let him off the hook for stupid shit like that.

If badmouthing your place of employment were really grounds for a fine, 95% of Americans would have their pay docked on a weekly basis.

Pro wrestling is a different beast.
Getting with your friends and badmouthing your company at an office job is WAY different then having a star on a television program bashing your promotion publicly to all his fans.

Plenty of us badmouth our workplaces, but plenty of us aren't public figures viewed by 1.5 million people weekly, and airing our grievances in a public place. I love 'Cide, and I feel he should get to write whatever the hell he wants, but it's not like TNA's going all fascist here or something. It's the way of the business world.

I agree with TNA on the fining of Homicide. Any employer would do it, WWE, ROH, ANYONE.

Is that a reference to the Drew Carey show?
