I assume he's pretty much done with TNA, his contract is up in the few months, so I assume he'll just float around in the mid-card for the next few weeks and then they'll bury him completely on his way out. Thankfully not too many watch TNA, so if he does show up in the WWE, that won't be something that will haunt him.

I honestly do not think he's going to leave TNA right now. He's most likely holding out for more or some clause in his contract.

Well from the looks of it there isn't a future for him in TNA. He goes from being last years MVP to a bad joke. TNA have proved once again that they can't book a show right to save themselves. I like their booking Joe is off to the WWE and i think deep down TNA started to give him a mic for some practice when he does a shoot on John Cena or Batista down the track

Anywhere except for the train wreck that's TNA. I'd be shocked if they made if half way through 2008 at this point. They managed to make Joe vs Angle one of the most mundane and uninteresting feuds I've seen in quite some time, and that should NOT have happened. Also the most predictable, since absolutely nobody here said "yeah Karen's not going to turn on Joe" Seriously...I have no idea how they possibly managed to make me so apathetic about ANGLE VS JOE! Gah. Two of the best workers in the country, and they're stuck in one of the most poorly booked feuds in the history of TNA. And that's most definitely saying something. It's still having a hard time clicking that ANGLE VS JOE! is well....bad.

I'm not going to do a whole "i told you so" thing, cause i never really told anybody this, but I felt after they had Angle break Joe's unpinned/unsubmitted streak, that the whole feud was going to end badly. Just my personal belief on it, and also why i never got psyched for Angle/Joe II, III, or Angle/Joe IV : Angle/Joe in Space.

I'm a bouncer, and I was stuck at the bar all night, but every bouncer said, "Angle will get screwed, Joe will win"
Poor Joe.. WWE, here we come

However assuming Joe goes to WWE, will they book him the same way that they did vs. Angle, say against Cena, Batista, Kahli, or even Carlito?

Hopefully, he'll go kick the living snot out of Vince Russo, or whoever else booked Angle and his wife to go over. I thought there was supposed to be no glass ceiling in TNA.....

I think he's more likely to go to WWE, but I want him back in ROH. Joe/Misawa would make up for the suckiness of Joe/Angle.

wwe couldnt even use mike awesome properly why would you think joe would be different? say what you want about tna being known for pushing wwe guys, to me the wwe is know for pushing primarily their own guys.

Plus his style never really would have worked in WWE. And what about Austin, Foley, CM Punk, Booker T, Goldust and RVD? All guys who made their names elsewhere and have or are getting big pushes in WWE. They will push other stars, but only ones they know will succeed. And Joe is most definitely one that can succeed with the right support.

i know they will push other guys. so will tna. but wwe has gotten great talent over the years and had it do nothing. for every austin, angle, foley, you name one could point to numerous examples where they got talent and wasted it.
i personally would not rather see joe midcard wwe, because they may have messed up on who should be winning the kurt/joe fued but those two in the ring make the fued work better in my mind than any upcoming title fight in the wwe. at least they know how to put good performers in a match together.
i would also like to add for anyone who says it was obvious kurt would win, how many times has it been obvious cena would win?

A few times I suppose, but isn't TNA supposed to not be as predictable as WWE? If so, they've failed miserably.

If so, they've failed miserably. ideally tna would be less predictable. in my mind they are less predictable (for example kurt having a fall out with his wife and her wanting a divorce, predictable. but kurt telling his daughter not to eat so much or else she will be fat like samoa joe, not as predictable and it made me smirk. while the same week, raw has a dating segment with santino hacksaw and simmons, with simmons winning which was predictable. then they all just stick to a basic formula of rhyming jokes, and dumb "hoe" jokes that we have all heard before) but even if you did not agree and claimed tna is just as predictable, how would it make them worse than the wwe?
