Just started an ROH 07 game. My guys on Written deals are;
- Adam Pearce - Chris Bosh - Chris Hero - El Generico - Jay Briscoe - Jimmy Jacobs - Jimmy Rave - Kevin Steen - Larry Sweeney - Mark Briscoe - Ace Steel - BJ Whitmer - Delirious - Eddie Kingston - Mike Quackenbush - Roderick Strong - Scorpio Sky - Scott Lost - Quicksilver
I plan on giving Hero the belt after a few months and having him wrestle all of my big name open contract guys one at a time to get him over more.

I started in October 1993 in TEW Wrestling 2007 as WCW. Trying to win the war earlier.
I am in December right now. Have so far added a second show (alongside WCW Saturday Night), which is called the WCW Super Show going Live head-to-head against Raw much as Nitro did.
I jobbed the World Heavyweight Title back to Ron Simmons and off of Vader. Diamond Dallas Page chased it for a bit, and now Rick Rude is my #1 contender.
Other feuds currently are: Ric Flair vs. Ricky Steamboat, DDP vs. Sting, Roddy Piper vs. Davey Boy Smith, Sid Vicious vs. Dustin Rhodes (US Title)
I have signed Rob Van Dam, and am pushing him as the TV Champ right now, also signed Road Warrior Animal to complete the Road Warrior tandem. Piper, and just recently Warrior on a short-term contract, who has yet to debut.
The Hollywood Blondes (Pillman and Austin) are my tag champs right now, but I'm going to job them soon, and then have a split angle, with Pillman probably being the face.
I'm experimenting with Steamboat as a heel at the moment.
I just started the Super Show last week, but am in a ratings battle with Raw, they scored a 29.04 last week, I scored a 25.96

In my current game I'm playing as IWA:Puerto Rico. My current champions are Heavyweight: Alex Shelley (99 over) Tag Team: Austin Aries & Roderick Strong Cruiserweight Xtreme: Chris Sabin Hardcore: Tomko I have suspended the IC title as I never used it, the last champion was Rey Gonzalez. Alex Shelley had a great feud with Lance Storm who is now feuding with Bryan Danielson. Chris Sabin is feuding with Shocker, I'm going to let Shocker win this one to go on to feud with Shelley. I made Shocker a Stone Cold rip-off. Feuding with commisioner Savio Vega before, and now he gets put in lots of unfair matches by Eric Bischoff. The Briscoe Brothers are feuding with The Backseat Boyz. I'm planning to let one of those teams win the tag titles as soon as there feud and the Aries/Strong vs Necro Butcher/BJ Whitmer are over. Necro & Whitmer will then go on to feud with either Deuce & Domino or the losing team of the Briscoes vs Backseats feud. I split up Hero & Castagnoli after a feud with Whitmer & Necro. They are now feuding as Castagnoli turned face. I also just started a Tomko/Super Dragon feud. Mistico & Carlito who got fired from WWE are feuding aswell.

On the site "The Battleground" it says: "Sid Vicious may be on the verge of leaving, unhappy with boss" "Bill Goldberg angry at boss, wants to quit" "Brandon Robinson said to be angry at management, looking elsewhere for work!" "Masahiro Indohara said to be angry at management, looking elsewhere for work" "LuFisto angry at boss, wants to quit".
Yet when I go to Meeting and click "Unhappy Workers" there is nobody, whats going on there??

Just take a look at each individual who's unhappy and you can judge it from there. BTW, why are they so unhappy?

Apparently some of them are angry at the boss, could it be because i've not used them in a few shows??

how do I get around "Happy" workers? This has plauged me for two games, now. Brent Albright is an upper-midcarder with an open contract. I want to sign him to a written deal, but he's happy and won't negotiate. I can't release him, because he formally decline, and I can't outright sign him, because he's happy with his current deal.
And last time I tried demoting him, and he got so mad he wouldn't negotiate with me.

Can't you "Terminate Contract" then go in to "Other Workers" and re-sign him to a written contract??
And on a side note, i've just signed John Cena, Samoa Joe and Mr. Kennedy to written contracts.
My ROH has 105 wrestlers, me thinks thats a few to many.

nope. I can't release him(or Jack Evans). Both say "I don't think leaving is a good career move right now" and formally decline.

And last time I tried demoting him, and he got so mad he wouldn't negotiate with me. A similar situation happened with me and Christian Cage. I ended up waiting until his current feud was over, then terminating his open contract. Then I immediately resigned him to a written contract. The only downside is anyone that has a friendship with the guy you terminate loses 20 morale or so. But they get 10 back when you resign them. So it's not too bad of a price to pay to have him on a written contact.

Too bad LuFisto doesn't still post here, you could just ask her why! ;D "Yes Ms Lufisto maam, your morale is horribly low in my EWR game. What did I do wrong? I can change!!!!"
