Just came out of February 2008, my second PPV: Do Or Die, which because of rivalries ending and a lot of storylines, was loaded with stip matches. The card was:
Dark match: The BLKOUT (Sabian & Ruckus) drew Arik Cannon & Tyler Black--68% Submission match for the ROH Pure Title: Jimmy Jacobs (c) w/Lacey def. Austin Aries--86% Hardcore tag match: Roderick Strong & Claudio Castagnoli def. Dan Maff & Adam Pearce--73% Brent Albright drew Eddie Kingston--70% 4-way Elimination match: Motor City Machine Guns def. Incoherance (Delirious & Hallowicked), Kevin Steen & El Generico and Jack Evans & Matt Sydal--77% Ladder match for the ROH Tag Titles: The Briscoes def. Murderdeathkill (Justice Pain & The Messiah) to win the ROH Tag Titles--96% First Blood match: Steve Corino def. Nigel McGuinness--96% Iron Man match: Colt Cabana def. Bryan Danielson--87% Hell In A Cell match for the ROH World Championship: Chris Hero (c) def. BJ Whitmer--95%
My three major storylines right now are:
Hero's World Title reign (he cheats to win or hides behind his stable, and because he's defeated everyone in ROH, Commissioner Tammy Lynn Sytch is now looking to import someone from Japan to take out the troublesome champ)
Aries/Jacobs/Kingston/Albright (Aries can't cash in a world title shot until he finishes dealing with Jacobs, who won the Pure title from his fellow Lacey-client Albright in a triple threat without pinning him; Kingston is feuding with Albright, but it was over the Pure title, and now, Kingston has to deal with Albright and the title he wants is gone)
Briscoes/MCMG/Murderdeathkill/Sydal & Evans (The titles jumped through all four teams in the span of two weeks ... somehow, a true dominant champ must emerge)
Jed Shaffer ~Hero's storyline is LOOOOOOOOOONG ... he'll have gone a year when he finally loses the belt.

Austin Aries (my world champ) has had 2 incidents in the last month. Causing trouble in the locker room, and insulting my top guys on the radio. Dammit.
Oh, and both Briscoes and Nigel are out with injuries. Sigh, its been a bad year so far.

In my TEW 2005 game, I'm playing as the WWE. I was losing steam to TNA then I did a UFC invasion and picked up mad steam and went back to International. Tito Ortiz has become the most popular guy in the whole wrestling world. And the feud with King Booker and George St. Pierre has been a tremendous hit with St. Pierre also making advances on Sharmell.
Dana White got his own brand when Shamrock and Ortiz defeated Austin and McMahon. I just finished my Summerslam card.
Nitro and Masters beat Benoit and Aries when Masters made Benoit submit to the Masterlock. (With the brand split Angle and Benoit got seperated so Aries became Benoit's new partner)
Harry Smith pinned X-Pac. After the match HBK and X-Pac attacked Smith and Bret Hart made the save. (The brand split has left Harry Smith alone to be attacked by DX every week as Teddy and Bret are on Dana's show)
Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall beat Batista and Ric Flair for the UCW Tag titles. (Hogan's first match in, reformed the NWO with Hall. Batista and Cena were split up by the brand split so Batista got to choose Flair as his partner)
Samoa Joe beat JBL by submission to keep the UCW intercontinental title. (JBL kept insulting him during commentary)
Bobby Lashley beat Sting. (Long feud, only interpromtional match. Lashley put Sting out of action at the Great American Bash. Sting came back and has been battling Lashley's stablemates Haas and Benjamin on Dana's show.)
LAX beat John Cena and Ron Killings to keep the WWE Tag Team titles. Hernandez pinned Killings. (Cena got an automatic shot since he had to give up his half of the UCW tag titles with Batista. Killings is incredibly over.)
Christopher Daniels pinned Paul London to win the WWE Cruiserweight title. This was one of the best matches of the night.
Steve Austin pinned Matt Hughes. After the match Chuck Liddell suckerpunched Austin. Austin is on Dana's show and has to go through all the UFC guys to get to Liddell. Liddell has already beaten Austin once. Austin has already gone through Keith Jardine, Diego Sanchez Tim Sylvia and David Loiseau.
King Booker pinned George St. Pierre to earn a shot at the WWE title. (This was the rubber match and a Number 1 contender match)
Charlie Haas pinned Rey Misterio. (Misterio has been teaming with Sting and Goldberg to go after Benjamin and Haas in recent weeks)
Shelton Benjamin pinned Bill Goldberg to keep the UCW World title. (Benjamin has held the title since January and has defended against pretty much everyone)
Triple H beat Sabu, Rob Van Dam, Randy Orton, Bobby Roode and Tito Ortiz to win the vacant WWE title pinning Orton. Vince McMahon interfered and took out Ortiz.
Triple H has reformed DX and Lashley and Matt Striker are starting to be threatened that another heel group has emerged. HHH and Benjamin even exchanged words on this PPV and DX and the NWO seem to be on the same page.
Sabu turned heel on Samoa Joe a while ago joining up with The Great Khali, Daivari and Armando. The split has left Khali with Estrada and Sabu with Daivari.
RVD is RVD.
Orton is a top face who has had problems with Bret Hart and Bobby Roode in the past.
Bobby Roode has become a top heel by accident pretty much. His chemistry with Ron Killings has made him really over and being Bret Hart's protege didn't hurt. Since the split he has left Harry Smith for dead to be picked on by DX and has gone for his own glory.
Ortiz is the Austin-like rebel on McMahon's brand always staying a step ahead of McMahon and pissing him off.
Damn I talk too much. Sorry!!

I'm trying to start an ROH game with To The Edge 7 stats, and no one (staff) will begin negotiations with me. Anyone else encounter this problem? If you pressed Ctrl Alt Del while it was loading because you thought it was stuck and not responding, that happens. You just have to wait a while for it to load, as the updates have a TON of promotions and wrestlers to load. So, if thats the case, just start over and let it load.

Its now reloading, so I'm off to read War and Peace, and then write a seven-page synopsis. When I'm finished, I may be able to play. (Here is a for anyone whose sarcasm detector may be broken)

One of the reasons I dont like playing this game. Current updates leave you with wayyyyy too much data, and its not worth waiting all day for. I wish someone would just cut out like 2000 of the wrestlers from tte update.

So, my overall market it falling, right? We're in the mid-40's, and sinking, several companies are looking to sell. And the WWE, in the past month, suddenly went from steady 100% Global, undisputed kingpin of the world, to stuck in an unstoppable freefall. They lost almost 20 PI points in ONE MONTH. Meanwhile, TNA is crawling up their ass, rising almost as fast as WWE is falling. I may never back Joe and Homicide. Jed Shaffer ~At least the WWE is crumbling. I can't wait to see the mass firings.

The market is at 97% in mine ! AAA, IWA:PR and EGO (Elite Global Order of Prodessional Wrestling) are all national. TNA has been at 100% for a while now, and is holding down the #1 spot, but WWE, after dropping to about 55, has started going up again. Then theres me
