Congress can't do anything to TNA than issue a stern warning, and force them to test for steroids. They aren't in WWE's shoes where they've actually lied about stuff regarding their drug testing, or had guys on steroids pass steroid tests only because they have prescriptions for steroids.
Congress won't make TNA look like a bunch of liars like they might make Vince. Hell, Jarrett even went on the Stephen A. Smith show and said on national TV that "TNA does not drug test". I don't see how they are smurfed.
They'll test for steroids and fire some guys, but they aren't gonna test for weed and that kind of stuff because they're a private company that Jeff Jarrett owns part of, and Jeff Jarrett smokes weed.

But still. ..I don't get why people are all like "NWA? What the...?" The NWA presides over many of the more well-known indys, they can circuit letters through their.. . . . circuit. In the southwest alone like 85% of feds are divisions of or at least part of the NWA. Isn't IWA-MS apart of the NWA because I remember they had to adopt some of the NWA's rules. What well-known indies are still with the NWA? Here are ones I know, and this is only through looking it up: Inoki Genome Federation. That is all. IWA-MS is one.

I don't see how they are smurfed. Well there was that part where I think Dixie Carter said that the DID drug test, which the BTR guys brought up while interviewing Matt Bentley (who confirmed that no, they don't drug test...unless they see you doing drugs or something weird like that) It's not that they'd be smurfed over lying, it's more to the point that they have no policy wheras at least the WWE has a policy with flaws but a policy nonetheless.
